Max P. Ocean has been writing for 20+ years but only lately published. He has lived in the San Francisco area for most of his life and has a wide range of expensive hobbies not the least of which is drinking. Max is highly educated in the sciences but sadly not in the humanities such as writing or the arts. For these two reasons, his writing may be unique – and probably not in a good way. He can only hope that the drinking smooths off some of the rough edges. You’d be advised to drink as well.
