What would you do, if you knew for certain, that a close friend or relative would be going to hell?
After a serious auto accident, Jackson Trotman is taken by his guardian angel into the heavenly realms to a place called The Wall. There he is able to travel into the past, present, or future of anyone who has ever lived. He soon discovers that many of his friends--including his future wife--are destined for hell, and vows to rescue them from their fate, no matter the cost.
Praise for The
Rick asked me if I would be willing to read a copy of The Wall. I agreed to do so with the caveat that it would take me some time, as I was in the middle of several other projects. Once I started reading the book, I quickly became engrossed. The Wall is a real "page-turner" that is sure to captivate the imagination of anyone who reads this wonderful book." - Bob Sullivan, author of Escape the Global Storm
This book was absolutely fantastic and riveting! I finished it in a day as I couldn't put it down! I love how the author weaved so many biblical truths within the story. He also did a great job answering some hard questions If God is so good, why is there so much evil in the world? This book is fantastic for both believers and skeptics alike and I will be purchasing more copies for loved ones! - Denise
Journey to Becoming a Novelist I watched the Star Wars movie when it was first released in 1977 and was totally engrossed by it. Fast forward thirty years or so and I watched The Truth Project DVD series at our church and was totally angered by it. I came away from this series believing that Western civilization and Christianity were being systematically circumvented by lies and distortions. My first thought was to write something to refute macro-evolution, so I went to the bookstore and bought a Microbiology for Dummies book. Being a former English/History major who barely got through high school biology, I soon realized that I wasn’t equipped for this task. I later read somewhere that you should “write what you know.” I asked myself, “What do I know?” and came to the conclusion that I knew the Bible pretty well, so perhaps I could write something about that which was exciting and engaging. During this same period a former pastor of mine encouraged me to study the book of Ephesians in the Bible. The image of The Wall came to me as I was running on the treadmill and memorizing Ephesians 1. This was immediately followed by an explanation in my mind of what it meant. I wrote The Wall because I wondered what it would be like to actually go there, and because I wanted to understand what really goes on the heavenly realms, based on what has been revealed to us through creation and the Bible.
Hobbies Running. I run so I can write. It makes me feel better, reduces stress and helps me focus. I’ve run a number of half-marathons and marathons, but stick to shorter distances now. Reading. I love fiction classics like Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice and Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, as well as any non-fiction historical books by David McCullough. Movies. I love science fiction and fantasy movies like the Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Star Trek series. Beach. I love walking on the beach at Watch Hill, Rhode Island, and when I’m not walking, just gazing out into the ocean, body-surfing, or napping.

I enjoyed reading the story and found Mr. Stockwell's vision of heaven and hell very interesting. I appreciate his well-researched answers in defense of the faith. It's a great way to enjoy a story and also expand your knowledge of Christian apologetics at the same time.
WHAT AN INSPIRATION! WHAT A GREAT & WONDROUS B OPP L
WHAT AN INSPIRATION! WHAT A TRULY GREAT & PRICELESS BOOK! I couldn't put this book down for anything. Little did I know when I began this story, that it would turn out to be one of my all time favorites. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I've been struggling with the churches available to me. I pray for faith and help to know what's right-when I remember to pray. I have also been trying to live a good and righteous life but all this hasn't seemed to help much with my desire to have a testimony of Christ and the faith tobe able to completley give my life to him. I had not read very far into the book when I began to feel some changes in my spirit and in my heart. The author is truly a blessing for us all. This book is not pretentous but rather it's not only well written, it's also backed up buy scripture so that we readers can study the teachings and premises to find out the truth for ourselves. Not only did I feel like I was learning , but also enjoyed every second of reading because there was mystery, excitement, a little humour and a most loving Heavenly Father. I highly recommend this book. This is one of those "keepers" that I will read over and over, never getting tired of it. Do yourself a great kindness and add this book to your library. It would make a wonderful gift as well. 5*'s A+ 😊
This. Is .Probably the best book I've read for awhile. Very thought provoking. Sound doctrine even though it isn't real. If I weren't already saved I would definitely. know how to be after reading this.
It is nice to read a book without the trepidation of being assaulted with language content. This is a wonderful story with many truths regarding the Christian walk. As you read this book, remind yourself that it is fiction and depending on your eschatology, you may want to skip the sequel.
Okay you guys... I am a teenager who is very picky when it comes to books. And I'm going to be honest, I haven't read any Christian books as interesting or as gripping as this one. IT. WAS. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! It was so cool to see how the character changed after coming to faith and how his POV changed about eternity. 100% recommend. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go read it again. *Runs at full speed to the nearest library*
Absolutely brilliant book which I thoroughly enjoyed reading. Very thought provoking and a great way to describe the difference in heaven and earth. As a Christian there are some many questions that need answering sometimes and this author has penned an interesting book covering so many things.
