Harry and Hermione Become the Potters

Rate this book
Title says it all, this covers summer 5th year through 6th and does contain adult themes though not much of an adult nature is written. The story is complete and will be posted as time and attitude permits. The focus is on Harry and Hermione with appearances by others more by accident than intent.

Why am I always drawn to super long reads? This was quite good, but I took off points for irritating proofing errors.

So freaking weird. It skips around a lot. Sirius is murdered by a guy who catches him in bed with his ex. Comes out of no where. Hermione’s parents are weirdly obsessed with sex. One scene is literally a repeat word for word from a scene that occurred the previous summer. A lot of random scenes with zero follow-up- like dumbledore trying to pry Hermione’s engagement rings off her fingers and Harry being forced to go to the hospital wing to be checked for potions because Dumbledore thinks Hermione tricked him. But then no follow-up and like two pages later it’s summer. Then the writer completely forgets where Hermione spent her previous summer and acts like she waffled between Harry and Ron??? When? She’s been with Harry since his 15th birthday- at the beginning of the book. So weird. This is a no for me.
