Dragons galore!!
Torch Lake is a large and unique city. It's a city of wizards and shifters alike. It's one of the largest of its kind and is still growing as more people hear about it. That growth also presents a problem. As the population increases, it requires more dragon shifters to protect it.
The evil wizards and shifters of the Dark Warriors are determined to make the dark magic they use to fight with even stronger. They don't care who tries to stop them...they just kill them and go on.
A special department of dragons and wizards are searching to find more dragon shifters to move to Torch Lake. This isn't an easy task though. A great number of dragons are unwilling expose themself after the magic war that ruined so many lives and decimated entire
clans.
This series is the books is the stories of those trying to protect their way of life and find dragons to help with that goal. You will want to continue reading once you start!!

Another fantastic series by Sloane Meyers. These shifter books keep getting better and better! These books are different than the ones prior to this. The dark war is over and the god side has won but there is still darkness and evil out there that must be taken care of. Torch Lake is a new community with a melting pot of shifters and wizards. They need more dragons to help keep them safe and these books revolve around recruiting new dragons to come and live within their borders. There’s plenty of fights and good versus evil as well as their hot lifemate counterparts. It’s a great series and I’m jumping to the second book set immediately.

Little did I know, once I started this succulent set of books, it would seduce me to read more.
Everything about what this author puts on paper is definitely worth looking into.

Dragons are what Torch Lake needs, and so they've trained wizards how to track, approach, and speak to single, hiding dragons to get them to try clan living again. Of course, nothing ever goes to plan, especially when dark magic forces are working against them. But these dragons are lucky, they fight and find love.

This series was an easy uncomplicated read. Well written with a predictable story line made the reading experience a low stress break from the day troubles.
