Sa. Viswanathan alias Saavi a famous Tamil author contributed important novels in Tamil history. Washingtonil Thirumanam was written by Saavi. A gentle story with a hilarious touch by Chavi would keep the readers (of course born with Tamil as mother tongue) laughing till the end.

Given the shortness of the stories, and the humour quotient, it might be very easy to breeze through and forget that the in each story lies an underlying message. Worth atleast a couple of reads to gain in both chavi's humour and his message.
