The fourth book in a groundbreaking series of business books by the author of What They Don't Teach You in Harvard Business School. Drawing on his personal experience and extraordinary success, Mark McCormack focuses on key disciplines and shares his philosophy on the essence of communication.
No disrespect to the late Mr. McCormack, but this is essentially a "€œhow to"€ communication manual for micro-managers and thin skinned people. I do not recommend this book or its prescribed practices to anyone. I had thought about reading some of Mr. McCormack'€™s other books such as "What they don't teach you in Harvard Business School"€ but now I'€™m not so sure they will be worth the time (well, I may still read that one because I can't help my curiosity).
