Very cool book
This book has many cool ways of hiding your valuables in any kind of situation. Lots of useful ideas on how to protect what's important to you.

I really enjoyed this book.
It is definitely not your typical read. I've done some random searching online for various diversion safes before coming across this title. The author has done a very good job covering this topic from several angles.
He not only overviews what a diversion safe is and many of the different forms they come in, but helps you to think about them from different perspectives. One being that you will use them to stash valuables out of sight of the casual thief who only has a few minutes to go through your house. Another, more interesting, perspective is the one in which you find yourself in a post-collapse scenario and in need of resources. In this case, your knowledge of the many ways in which people hide things becomes invaluable on your scavenging forays.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is even remotely interested in this topic. It will be well worth your time. Personally, I believe the introduction alone is worth the cost of the book; in which the author makes a well-reasoned plea to members of the law-enforcement community.
I'm looking forward to reading the rest of Mr. Dermody's books.
