A dark take on the harem fantasy. One that isn't complete shit. It's about a vampire that acts like a vampire and his quest for vengeance. The main character isn't overpowered and in fact gets the short (pointy) end of the stick several times throughout the book. Although dark, it doesn't quite cross the line into bad territory, the one that leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Not as safe as, say, Arand's books, where there's no risk whatsoever of the heroines getting in danger, this is still a pretty comfortable book.
There are several attempted rape against the main heroines but none consummated. Others aren't so fortunate, goblin-slayer style.
While the story overall is fairly well written in terms of grammar and spelling, it has several huge issues elsewhere.
1) Characters - There is only 1 "likeable" character in this entire story, and shes the one that gets gangraped. Everyone else from the MC to his villain, is an unrepentent butthole. No redeeming qualities, just butthole-itude and then an erotic scene involving Blood Play.
2) Plot. The plot is revenge, but wait no let's not.
3) TRIGGER WARNING. Gangrape happens to one of the "heroines". Really just the least-unlikable person in the story, but still.
