I'm not a pervert, but when I caught a glimpse of my cute neighbor in the buff, I did not look away.
She's the quintessential 'good girl' with skirts that fall below her knees and blouses buttoned up to her neckline. Who knew what she was hiding beneath those dowdy clothes?
Wow! I can't unsee her luscious curves or ignore the fact that her purse matches her luggage. Did I tell you I have a thing for red-heads? So when we met up by chance at Naughty Nights, I made my move on her. Go ahead, call me bushwacker. You'd be right.
Kitty Barstow is a lover of books, rescue dogs, and vanilla ice cream…but that’s the only vanilla thing about her. She writes sexy stories by day and works as bartender extraordinaire at nights. Many of her stories are inspired by the high jinx at the bars she’s worked.
From steamy to panty melting, she’s got stories for everyone with plenty of gorgeous AF heroes and sassy heroines!
I liked this novella a lot. It was light & frothy, fun & cute & a quick enjoyable read. Because of the length of the story things between Dakota (h) & Liam (H) move along at a brisk pace but it actually didn't seem too 'insta' to me. Both Dakota & Liam (next door neighbors) were very upbeat & likable characters. Dakota is reserved at work (high school teacher) but plenty steamy on her own time while Liam is a gorgeous, happy, extroverted Aussie in the USA for 2 yrs due to a temporary work assignment. Liam has had the opportunity to see more of his neighbor than she realizes & he is very eager to explore her curves up close & personal. Dakota is more hesitant to approach Liam as she's seen him around town on numerous occasions with women who were definitely NOT built like her. But a fall allows them to interaction a little more than their usual 'hi's' & waves & Dakota decides she deserves at least one night of fun with her sexy neighbor. Of course, then something embarrassing happens that spirals their one night of fun out of control. The author did a very good job of taking the reader on the journey with two very likable people & I was invested & interested to know what direction their journey would take & how they would travel it. There's minor angst on Dakota's part while Liam is self assured, cocky but not arrogant & an all around happy honest guy. If you want a quick, funny, upbeat romantic read, with dashes of sex & a tiny & brief bit of drama, look no further. I did enjoy this story very much & found the writing to be very good, excellent characters AND had an English Mastiff 'Jagger' make occasional cameo appearances.

The next door neighbor gets a peak at the schoolteacher next door and likes what he sees. But can he get her out of her shell?
This is a short erotic romance with consenting adults. Nothing taboo here, but still plenty of action. The story is straightforward and very well written, with fun and well developed characters. No angst, plenty of steamy sex. Just the kind of homework you actually like.
Highly recommended.

A well written short story with nice storyline and plot. It is sweet, fun and enjoyable to read. It is a short story that is fast paced and lacks a bit depth because of that. But the author manages to make it worth the read. Likeable characters who develops nicely. They are neighbors and sees more of each other than they thought the would. But can they make a relationship out of it. They are from different places in their life and two countries that are so apart from each other. Captivating read.
The story ended abruptly. She talked about a character called Chris but you don’t know if Dakota went to Australia or not. The basics of the story are : Liam is Dakota’s neighbor, they hook up on her birthday, he spends Thanksgiving with her family. There are some interesting twists in the story and only a few missed words. Overall a good story just to short. An epilogue would have answered some questions.
This was a really good read and the characters are so well written and well put together. I really enjoyed the pace of the book and the flow was really well put together. A sexy as sin neighbor what is a girl to do?

He is really curious about a neighbor who he has an interest in. He accidentally sees her naked. What a surprise he gets since she covers herself up so no one knows what her body really looks like. As soon as she hits the club where he is at he decides she is his. A good fun read. I was given a review copy on booksprout and voluntarily review it.
He did not mean too but he just could not look away. The girl next door had stripped off and was naked. He was stunned as he only ever saw her in long skirt and buttoned up blouses. Then a chance meeting means he may just get what he wants from her. See if he will

I thought the humor written into the story was spot on. The relationship was interesting and evolved from helpful neighbors into something more very quickly. First impressions give way to new insight into their personalities. I enjoyed reading this book with its fun vibe.
