Very poorly written. It is actually hard to read in places as there are so many spelling mistakes. There is also some contradictory information. In one area the writer will tell you not to eat certain ingredients as they are unhealthy, but he’ll then include them in the shopping list. I’m sure you could quickly find more accurate information in a quick google search. Very disappointed in this book.
This book was a waste of money. Almost no information on fasting, poorly written single paragraph format, misspellings throughout, and fifty percent of text is used to push keto diets. Please do not waste your time of money on this publication.
