I really enjoyed this book from one of my favorite authors. It is an older book from the Silhouette Intimate Moments line. The lead characters, Mac and Cari, are good together. Theirs is a heart-warming story with a believable ending. This is the final book in a trilogy but can be read as a stand alone. Recommended for military romance fans.

The last of the Pegasus testing stories—heroine is with the Coast Guard, hero is an upright Marine. They are testing the ship’s seaworthiness when a crisis in the Caribbean has them going in secretly to rescue missionaries. Hero is injured during the mission, they rescue a bunch of kids too, a very well told story where the adventure doesn’t outweigh the romance
