In previous books, Beyden has been my all-time favorite! Sadly, the man that was portrayed as a “gentle giant”, one who is quiet but always kind and insightful, completely changes in this book - and NOT for the better. In fact you would never think this is even the same character as in past books. And that is a terrible disappointment to those who loved him in the first place.

After the way that the previous book ‘Custodian’ ended, with a cliffhanger!!! I immediately had to know more about how everything would go. Luckily for me, I didn’t have to wait for the release of this book, I really had it on my TBR pile. That’s the good thing of being behind with reading a series, you can just read all the books one after the other.
For me personally, the first three books had a little bit of a different vibe to them then book 4 and 5, so I was very curious about this story. ‘Revolution’ had the same feel like the two previous books before it.
Where in ‘Custodian’ there was no new couple in it, here we got the story of Beyden and the human doctor Jasminka (‘Jazz’). Both character were very likeable, they were caretaker by nature, gentle and silent. But being silent doesn’t mean that they can’t be strong when needed. No! They possess that ‘silent’ strength inside them.
It was lovely to see all the other characters again. The balance between the main couple and the secondary characters were perfect for me. Just like the other books in the ‘Elemental Paladins’ series, this story also took me by surprise and on new adventures. I had read somewhere that normally the ‘Custodian’ would have been the last book of the series but I’m very glad that the writer decided to write 2 more books and to give Beyden en Axel also their happy end.
The story is told from Beyden en Jasminka’s POV but you also get POV’s from the secondary characters.
I enjoyed this story and I’m very curious what the last book of this series will bring.

I'll be honest. I wasn't that invested in Bey and Jazz - I like Bey, but he's pretty 2dimensional, and Jazz was whatever. I read this book for the wrap-up of whatever was going on with Max.

After a short prologue recapping the final chapter of Custodian, Revolution officially starts three weeks later. Max has returned but things are still far from right. With no memory of previous events or who she really is, Max is powerless to help a battle-damaged Beyden who is slowly sinking deeper into despair to the extent that the normally gentle giant makes the Ryker we met in Warden seem positively genial in comparison. Jasminka, a doctor friend of Max’s has done her best, but while she has managed to heal his wounds, human medicine doesn’t have the power to restore what he has lost. Can two damaged people come together and find some comfort or is it already too late for Beyden?
After it’s action-packed predecessor, Revolution had a hard act to follow but has more than managed to live up to the previous books in the Elemental Paladins series. There are no big dramatic scenes. Indeed the story is nearly all dialogue-based but then Revolution is more about the aftermath of the battle and its effects on the Order of Aurora and also the change that is coming. The Wardens can’t be allowed to just sink back into the old ways. Things have changed and Max is determined that both the Chadens and the Paladins should have a voice in what happens in the future. The humorous one-liners that we’ve come to expect from Montana Ash are interspersed through this book in just the right places lightening the mood after moments of deep sadness such as a sole surviving Paladin grieving the loss of his entire order. With one book left in this series I can’t wait to read what this talented author has in store next for Max and her Paladins especially after such a fantastic epilogue.

Revolution is the latest book in the Elemental Paladins series by Montana Ash and it does not disappoint. I laughed and I cried and I sighed (because Beyden) and then I laughed some more. I can't get enough of this series and I'm already counting down until the next book.

Holyshit. I missed the whole gang sfm. You guys, I felt like I haven't laughed and giggled this much these last few weeks until this read. The writing was just as flawless as before. The characters, as a while cast and as separate individuals, are even more outstanding each new read. From the last book, I couldn't have imagined a more amazing version of Max but after Revolution, I could readily admit she has gone even crazier this time around. It always blows my mind even after all this time, after reminding myself every single time to not underestimate the series...
Honestly, I don't want to think that the next release would also be the last one...life is really unfair like that.
But anyway, let me swim for a while in my very own self-built pool of in-denial bullshit...sounds icky but I swear it's total bliss for now. I do have a couple more to talk about in this review.
Starting with Beyden. I mean, who would have thought, right? The resident giant teddy bear in the group, and turns out he could muster such assholery that could have trumped Ryker's. I mean, he's not an asshole perse, more exactly like, rather, his circumstances influenced him so. (And yes, I wasn't trying to make an excuse. It's a fact, which you'll get once you finished it.)
I think it wasn't just a lesson for him (i.e. a plot device to develop his character) but more like a lesson for his friends and us readers. Since the very beginning, we can always count on the big guy to be the designated nice guy, the one who is kind and compassionate and warm. And maybe that's why, I, personally, even reading the most cruel of words from his mouth, I just couldn't believe it. Oh, I was angered and hurt, on behalf of the heroine, but as soon as Beyden comes out of his haze, I know for sure he didn't mean any of those. I believe him when he said that not once did he ever think of that on his own. Again, the only explanation for this is in the book. I want to tell to each and every one of you to be rest assured. I promise. Everything else made sense in the end.
Which brings me to my next point: There is no heroine, other than Jazz that is, who is more perfect in every way for Beyden. The one fact that she loved him through his ugliest, that she was there for him throughout the most difficult point of his life...yep, Jazz simply connected to him on every possible way. She quickly became an invaluable member of this lovely family, and for that I was very happy for her and for Beyden.
If there would be a spin-off series about their children, I would like to sign myself up for them beforehand.
PS The whole read was funny af but Ryker fainting is definitely never going to be not funny. The things this series do to me, seriously

At the end of the previous book we see Max, Custodian of the Paladins, disappear after a tremendous battle, which left dead & injured Paladins, Wardens & Chades. Everyone is heartbroken as Max is the IT girl personified ... the crazy, empathetic daughter of mother earth - literally; lover of Ryker & beloved by her Order of Aurora.
The Paladin world is in Chaos without Max to send them down the right path, and the telepathic link between Max's Order appears to be broken. Making them hurt even more.
3 weeks later and she reappears, but once again (just like when she appeared the first time at 16) has no memory of people, places or how to wield her healing and other powers.
This story has Beyden, badly injured Beast Paladin, and Dr Jazz (Jasminka), Max's friend from tequila Tokyo days, before she met the guys & gals of her Order. Before the battle Max did everything she could think of to assist her Order, as she suspected she'd once again have amnesia when she got back, including securing a top surgeon who happened to be Beyden's match.
Lots of humour included in some very sad & frustrating moments and looking forward to the final book in the series, starring Axel & Celeste.

Great book
After the last book in which Max blew herself up using her powers to save the world I was devastated but for Max to return with no memories of who she is or anyone else I was heartbroken all over again until the end bonus was worth it. This book focused on Beyden our gentle giant and Jasminka, Max's first ever friend and soul sister. Before Max lost her memory she asked Jasminka to come and look after her family as she knew they were going to need her a specially Bey. Since the War Bey Has been Strugglin to cope with his injured leg which Has stopped him from performing his duties, but the lively Jazz sees a different side and does all in hart power to help the depressed Knight. With her no nonsense attitude and the fiery Passion between them the two grey closet together that is until a evil taint is forced on them and Max is the only ove to help. With a few surprises at the end and an added seen of the Great Mother this book was brilliant I loved the emotional rollercoaster and cant wait for the final book and Axel story.

SIMPLY STUNNING READ
OMG. I didn’t think Montana could make me love Revolution but oh wow it has become my favourite.
Absolutely loved it.
The Paladins of Aurora are hurting emotionally and physically from the aftermath of the battle.
Ryker is just about functioning. He needs Max and has forced himself to believe she will come back to him.
Beyden is physically a mess. The happy kind beast has disappeared and been replaced with an on the edge in pain mess.
Jasminka. Human doctor and Max’s friend has been caring for Beyden and wants more.
Beyden however doesn’t think he’s good enough.
Max returns to them as promised but doesn’t remember anything of them or her life before.
Can they help each other to heal not only themselves but the land?
Can Jasminka convince Beyden he is more?
Oh come on you have to read the book to find out and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO. You should read from bk 1 though.

Stop Wondering And Start Reading
This is urban fantasy at its best, set in Australia on a current contemporary earth Max is a goddess now firmly embedded into her new life.
The society she lives in consists of Wardens and Paladins, she herself is usually referred to as a Custodian. The Wardens can manipulate the energies of the world or rather one element; Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Beasts, Life or Death. The Wardens are supported by their Paladins.
In the truest sense of the word the Paladins are noble warriors, the original protectors. Gifted with an over abundance of life force or vitality they empower the Wardens they serve by feeding them that vitality.
As a Custodian Max can manipulate all of the elements. Now Max is back amongst her found family, that doesn’t mean it’s going to be smooth sailing though and why would it be she is after all Max.
Go on, read it you know you want to. The best series I’ve read this year.

I have really enjoyed all the books in this series but this one.. Was a disappointment for me.
My main issue is that Beydan is a favourite character and I was so excited for his book but the book was way too short. 200 pages is novella size and he deserved more page time especially as the romance did not really start until 50% of the way. This meant that it felt rushed, like an insta love thing. A great shame as this is the first book I have read that depicted a woman in her mid forties as sexy and confident. I liked Jazz... I just wish their journey was had more depth. It seemed lije they only had 4 scenes together with just the two of them.
The next book is the last in the series and I hope there are more pages to really finish the series with a bang!

Omg! Wow
This book has been eagerly awaited and I can honestly say it didn’t disappoint at all! It was slightly different to the other books but in a really good way. The dialogue and insights to the characters was compelling and I couldn’t put the book down. Jazz and Bey were a match made in heaven although they fought the attraction. Watching as Max struggles to fit back in Rome my hearts or a bit until you realise that it’s not all bad. I won’t say more as it will spoil it for others. Suffice it to say I think this is one of my favourite books in the series. Fabulous book Ms Ash. Cannot wait for Axel’s book.

The gang's all here...
Revolution definitely felt like coming home to some of my favorite characters. Max is back, all be it, she is short all her memories but still the same Max. The ladies in this series take the show as always with the exception of a couple of furry friends. Zombie is as likable as ever. Now Beyden has met his match with the lovely Jasminka, but all is not as it seems with Bey and the house is turned upside down after Max 's death and reappearance to notice that he really is not himself. I can't say enough about this author's knack for snarky, funny dialog.

Max is back!
This book focuses on Beyden, but we still got plenty of time with our favorite redhead! Max is back but not complete, Beyden's broken and fighting darkness, Jasminka is wonderfully awesome (I'd say her personality hits like a combo of Max and Diana), Mordecai and his paladins are now a permanent fixture and Ryker is lost.
It was a great book. It was a lot like Warden with the character dialogue and main premise which was awesome because that's my favorite book in the series. I can't wait for Axel's book!!!

Bayden is trying to heal himself with the help from Jazz Max's human friend. Surprises and answers are throughout this book. Loved the Bonus at the very end. It brings answers to Max's life before Warden and after Custodian. Just one more book left in this one of a kind series. I can't wait for more!!!

Goddess inspired Sex, adventure, and Love
In this long awaited Sixth book of the Elemental Paladin Series, Montana takes on the challenge of picking up the pieces of an unbalanced society, a devastated family, and a broken Paladin. While it is the love story of Bey and Jazz, it also deals with the emotional trials of recovering and healing. As usual Montana out does herself using sensitivity, humor, and surprised to keep the reader turning the pages. This series is at the top of my favorites and I wish I could give a 5+ rating.

Very good continuation of series
Breyden is one of my favorites so I'm so glad this book came out. The Order is trying to recover from when Max vanished and how things have changed so drastically. I hate spoiler reviews so I'll just say one thing, Max planned ahead. Jazz is a good addition to the home. She's giving and thoughtful. There are revelations that shock everyone. We get a few pages of an important character that we've never gotten glimpses of before which adds so much depth in those few pages at the end.

This has been a wonderful series, filled with so much fun and love, despite all the treachery and loss that's gone before. This is the tale of the aftermath of the revolution.

Doctor in the house
My emotions where everywhere reading this book. First from Max's loss and the new Beyden's personality just to name a couple but believe me there are many surprises in this one. Beyden and Jazz love story was mild compared to the others. He fights it for a long time. Lucky for him he loves a strong woman not easily deterred. Overall another great read in the series. It literally gets harder and harder to write a review because I just want to read what happens next.

Damn Montana keeps getting better with every book. Revolution is Beyden and Jazz’s story and I loved every moment, it was witty and had me laughing out loud and there were moments of sadness and loss.
This definitely had a Warden feel to it as in it was more world building and the next step in moving forward for the characters after the events in Custodian and how they begin to rebuild.
I absolutely loved seeing the more relaxed, grumpy and ahole side of Beyden.
I loved that Jazz kept strong and gave as good as she got even though she is the only human in the group.
I am excited to read Reckoning, Axel’s book next.

A little disappointing ... But not much
Surprisingly not as good as the others. I think I was expecting more from Max"s order, especially when they were already a band of misfits. Their attitude when she returned with amnesia was so terrible. I kinda didn't like them too much in this book. Then there were the typos and grammar errors. What was great though was the look through the veil. I hope we get another story out of Dana and Mordecai.

Awesome!
I love this book!
I love that Nikolai named the kittens & that he bonded with Princess & took her with him. I love & had the feeling of Max's little surprise in book 5. I love that Max got to know her father better in this book.
I'm happy that we got to meet Ivy & Beyden's mom, Rosa. This book was excellent & it'll be interesting to see what happens in the next book.

Beyden and Jasminka are the hottest couple! One is super shy and the other is blunt and in your face! They need each other like they need air to breathe! Montana brought us super hot sex scenes mixed with sweet emotional ones! Don't even get me started on Max! She is always a force to reckon with but now has serious upped her game. I love the introduction to new characters and reappearance of old ones! That ending though... mind blown!!! Well done! I am uper hooked!

Fantastic!!!
In the aftermath of the war in the previous book this story finds the characters struggling to pick up the pieces, heal and move forward. I loved that the story continues to include other POV alongside Beyden and Jazz as their story unfolds as well as the overall story. It’s another fantastic instalment and I’m really looking forward to Axl’s story and the conclusion of the series. 5 stars 😁

Devoured this book!
Omg, Montana Ash, you've done it again. I laughed, I cried, I smiled. I love this series and Beydon's book is another fantastic addition to it. Now I both eagerly await and dread the final installment! I could say so much more but I don't want to spoil anything!!!!

There is fun.
There is horror.
There is amazement.
There is love.
And kittens!
This is not just a story about Beyden and Jazz, there are so many others woven in and revelations occur for everyone.
Lots of changes have begun for their whole race.
I love the characters in this series.
The next book will be a roller coaster and I can’t wait!

I've laughed I've cried and I've gotten frustrated.
Montana Ash has yet again given us a book that you cannot put down. Be prepared to stay up late to finish this book.
Lines like "She's a people-person hoarder" will captivate your imagination. Pretty please hurry up and write a new book Montana Ash.

Revolution
What a fantastic story, I laughed, almost cried at times and couldn’t put the book down. This series grabbed me from the start and hasn’t let me down. I fell in love from the first page of the first book and that has not changed, cannot wait for final book and what ever the author brings out
