When I feel lazy to do work I use this rule.. Most of the time it worked.. And moreover building courage to do the work matters alot.. If your can't build no 5 seconds or 10 seconds gonna help you..
Is a fast read. Motivational but it became sooo redundant and repetitive. The author could have made it at least 130 pages shorter if she wasn’t repeating the same information over and over again. I gave 3 stars because there were some nice and novel information
It's a fascinating rule that has helped take my life in my hands. Still working on it of course. Highly recommended if you are looking for ways to change your routine and acquire new habits!
