Once upon a time, in the kingdom of Arendelle, lived a little snowman named Olaf, who loved to go exploring. He never went off in search of trouble, yet trouble always seemed to find him anyway. One day, Olaf went exploring deep in the woods, where he found a small cottage and three bowls of porridge. . . . This story might sound familiar, but you've never heard it told quite this way before. Sit back and enjoy as Olaf tells you about the time he met three snow-loving friends, in a hilarious take on the classic fairy tale that will delight readers of all ages.

Frozen-teemainen versio klassikkosadusta, Kultakutrista, pääosassaan lumiukko Olaf.
If you like Olaf then what is not to like about this book. From the moment I opened the book all i could here was the story in Olaf's voice ! It a light and fluffy book and the illustrations are amazing !!!!
This is a great retelling of the Goldilocks story. The illustration has great use of colors and you really get your money's worth. Overall this is a great story retelling set in a fun and modern world that any kid would instantly be pulled into.
This is a somewhat boring riff on Goldilocks and the Three Bears, in my opinion, but any child who likes Frozen will likely enjoy it due to Olaf’s presence. 29 pages.
This is basically Goldilocks and the Three Bears, just Frozen style with a clueless Olaf taking the place of Goldilocks and polar bears instead of standard forest bears.

Olaf is out walking with Anna and Elsa, but gets separated from them. When Olaf goes to look for the girls, he finds a cottage. Much like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Olaf tries the porridge, chair and bed and wakes to find three polar bears standing over him. Olaf runs out of the cottage and finds Elsa and Anna. As he is recounting his story he can’t decide if it was a dream or reality, until he sees that the baby polar bear has followed him.
Olaf is adorable, so having him be Goldilocks is adorable as well. The illustrations are bright, and Olaf’s personality shows in his facial expressions. The story line is nothing new, but if you have Frozen lovers, then they will enjoy this book.
As you can guess from the title, it's a retelling of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, but with Olaf, the beloved magical talking snowman from the Frozen franchise. Olaf gets lost in the woods, finds a cottage, destroys stuff, then is ecstatic to "meet new friends" when the polar bears come home. They don't look so enthusiastic. Pretty nice digital illustrations, and when it comes to preschoolers you can't beat anything Frozen-related.
Veryyyy wordy. J requested an Olaf (Ooh-laf as he says XD) book and I found this on Libby. Unfortunately it is terribly wordy, even more so than Olaf is in general, and just hard to read writing. I mean it's a Frozen and three little bears mashup so I didn't except it to be exceptional or anything but this was just bad. Would not recommend.
This book is very similar to Goldilocks and the Three Bears and adds a little twist on it. The illustrations show the emotion on Olaf's face very well and helps the students see how he is feeling through each situation. Also, Frozen is a well known movie for children, so that is a plus if they get to read a book about a movie they like.
Cute play on the Goldilocks story, but Olaf comes off as rather clue-less. Still the storyline is cute and any children hooked on Frozen will love this story.
My daughter is officially on the Frozen train, so when the book fair was at her daycare, she ran for this book. Overall it's a cute retelling of Goldilocks so I can stand up to multiple rereads.
