This series will change how you look at others. It is definitely full of kink, eroticism, angst, danger, power, sex , sadness, joy and above all , love. The main couple in this series is Roman & Elizabeth. They are cousins by marriage and Roman is a guy who loves women. He is not the type to stick to one, he tends to wham, bam and leave. But Roman’s first meeting with Elizabeth changes all that. From the moment they meet up again as adults, they have this fire, this sexual chemistry that is electric and hot. Only issue is because they are cousins by marriage, many would consider their attraction taboo. Roman didn’t care but Elizabeth is a harder nut to crack. This sets the tone to how the series goes. There is a past for Roman and for Elizabeth. This entire series takes you on an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish which I loved. I rooted for the MC to get their HEA because they very much deserved it. Roman is one man who is an alpha male –powerful, sexy and seductive. Elizabeth is innocent, sweet and at times submissive. Note, the series takes you to the very end and it will leave you on the edge of will they or wont they get together? I don’t want to give anything away but know there is danger in book 3 geared toward Elizabeth and Roman has problems of his own which is why I cant say much but it’s a nail bitter of a ender. Oh I loved these characters and there is a secondary couple that emerges (Camden and Jade). Just be forewarned and you can get ready to read a new spin off for their story (YaY) This is one fantastic series and one I hated to see end.

This was one pretty dang hot and erotically kinky book! Also, totally worth reading every juicy page.

I read right on through this series to the very end and was craving more, more, more! 

Roman is a pretty damn hot and naughty, dominating male. Even though Roman and Elizabeth have and deep attraction to one another,  they unfortunately find out they and noreferrer Steps Cousins. If gets to the point wear they start to not care one bit because their souls scream for each other.

There are some extremely, fire alarm seven, hot and one H.E £. £ of sexy as sin, "Sex Scene". Totally scrumptious! 

I definitely recommend this provocative story you wont, CAN’T put down!

I actually quite enjoyed this series; took a long time to get to the Ethan/Shrek connection - WEAK explanation. Could have used scenario thru the book to make it a little exciting.

I love how they grew together, but he ROMAN was a better character, spoke his mind - while she ELIZABETH was pale in comparison. Saying that, she did get stronger towards the end of the series.

I now absolutely hate the word FRACK. Used once or twice, maybe - but every other page it seemed - just awful.

Great series

I loved the interaction between Elizabeth and Roman. She was an every day person - nerdy and smarty but sweet and he was an over-the-top alpha male 'fixer' of problems. The author created some unique characters that will stay with you long after you've finished reading. Make sure to read the King Brothers set after so you get more of this crazy good world created by an amazing author.

This is definitely NOT the usual "boy meets girl, they have a wild night together and live happily ever after". This is something very few authors pull off, the whole story HOW they get together and HOW they work out their differences to be together. Not to mention how the characters evolve and grow through their story. The series was so good, I didn't want it to end. So I'm continuing with the King brothers.

WOW love these books couldn't put them down spent the entire week reading them, I so binged on Roman and Dutchess. Gave me all the feels, I cried, laughed and well...Ummmm(lol) it was an amazing story, I felt I was right there watching it happen. Highly recommend this series to anyone who wants it ALL.

Great series!

This story is well crafted, with humor, and strong strong primary characters surrounded by family and friends. The sizzle is steamy, the banter heartwarming and hot. The danger and angst add another dimension to the story, and the HEA was perfect. There were various inconsistencies (mostly in book 3) that were somewhat distracting, but overall a very good read.

I absolutely loved this series. Elizabeth and Roman's relationship as cousins is taboo. But there are extenuating circumstances and then some twists you don't see coming. This story sucked me in and I could not stop reading it until it was done. The writing is engaging.

Talk about extreme book hangover

i completely got sucked into this series. i spent the whole day and was up all night reading this. i couldn't put it down. Roman was powerful sexy and every woman's dream. He didn't go back for seconds with a woman but he didn't have to. One chance encounter with Elizabeth changed all that. From the moment they met it was extreme sexual chemistry. The inky problem was that they were cousins by marriage. Elizabeth couldn't get past what everyone else would think but she had driven Roman past the point that he didnt care. This entire series takes you on an emotional rollercoaster. Elizabeth comes with her own baggage and she doesn't realize how much until it's too late. Roman is so in love with Elizabeth that he's consumed and she knows it.
I don't want to give any details away but just know you have to read this series. Roman is sure to melt your panties completely off with his scorching sexy ways.

The characters remain the same and with each story you watch them grow and become this amazing couple that you cant seem to get enough from. Lisa knows how to keep you wanting more over and over again. Its emotions like never before, this is one roller coaster ride that is so worth it.best part u get to read all 3 novels right after each other instead of waiting. Caution..this is an edge of your chair read. Every word every period has so much meaning its hard to stop. Trust me this is a MUST READ STORY!!!!!

If you've NEVER read any of these 3 books individually, this is a MUST READ series between these 2 step cousins, dominate Roman and quiet Elizabeth who's gone to be kept safe but things change between the 2 'cousins' who haven't seen each other in years & who didn't much like each other even at such a young age. But how things have changed after all these years. I just adored these 2 & oh their connection is something else. BRILLIANT by the FANTASTIC Lisa Lang Blakeney
