Falling For Him is a stand alone M/M romance by Riley Knight. This was a sweet, sexy story.

Taylor Lachlan had dreams of going to college after high school. But a very sick little sister put his life on hold. He continues to live at home doing what he can to help their single mother with bills and caring for her. A trip taking his sister to his small town carnival changed his life.

Dane Galloway was forced to leave home due to his sexual preferences. So for years he has worked for a traveling carnival, moving constantly from town to town. When he first saw Taylor with his little sister, he was instantly drawn to him. He didn’t understand it. He’d never felt anything like that before. But it was obvious that Taylor was innocent and accepted his friendship in any way Taylor was comfortable. Only Taylor had other ideas.

One year later and the carnival is back in town. These two never forgot each other. Their bond had grown strong in those few days. Could Taylor be the one that finally convinces Dane that he can make a home in this small town? That he could be accepted, have a life there?

Neither Taylor or Dane had any experience in relationships and neither felt worthy of the other. Their communication skills definitely weren’t good. As both of them are trying to find their way as a couple, they are also trying to figure out what they want out of life, what their personal dreams are.

This is a sweet story of finding love when you least expect it, but also of finding your way in life, both together and personally. It’s a story of love, family and acceptance. The epilogue wrapped everything up wonderfully.

Destined to be together

These men, Dane and Taylor, are so good together.
This is the kind of "love at first meeting book" that I love. It's not to fast or to unbelievable ittjust fits. And even if it's not the right time for them when they first meet there's still that invisible connection that doesn't go away and brings them back together.

I fell extra hard for Dane, he's thinks he's this jaded man who people doesn't like and who doesn't deserve love. He's so coloured by his past that he doesn't see that almost everyone that meets him loves him and that he cares deeply about others.
And Taylor just comes alive when he falls for Dane and he learns that the world is much bigger than he expected. He had me frustrated a couple of times with keeping things to himself and not being honest, but who didn't make a few mistakes when being so young.

I recommend this book if you're looking for a sweet but hot love story with a little angst and a HEA.

A great feel good story

I found myself with my face aching slightly, from smiling so much as I read this beautiful story of two men who met, felt that marvelous instant attraction that some of us are blessed to experience. The story of how their lives changed as they found their way into making a life together is truly inspiring.

A nice and sweet story about a drifter and a homebody falling in love. A few obstacles and some drama between them but all in all no big highs and lows. Sweet and easy to read for a nice afternoon in front of a fire with a hot cocoa.
