Yep. This was as silly and adorable as I hoped it would be. It's a nice break from more serious reads.

This author has already spoiled me with her exceptional writing of Reckless abandon and this magical story is no different. Emma, who is still fairly new to magic and is throwing a temper tantrum, accidentally turns herself into a toddler and ends up in Regina's care.
This story is absolutely adorable. Emma as a toddler with her adult thoughts* is really funny especially when her tiny hands and feet don't do what she wants. It turns out being a baby is exhausting and everything is scary when you're so small. There are loads of super sweet moments between her and Regina. We, along with Emma, get to see Regina in mama mode and find out some of her most personal thoughts and fears.
But how long will it take Regina to figure out the cuddly little girl she came across is indeed the now missing sheriff? And how is she going to turn Emma back into an adult? Potion? Spell? True love's ki.. I mean cuddle?
This is the kind of fic you read when you need something sweet, fluffy, angst free and with a happy if somewhat cheesy ending. 4.5* rating for this feel good fic.
*Leave your kinks at the door ladies, it's not one of those mommy kink stories. This is totally PG.

4 Stars for the Once Upon a Time Fanfic. I think for this story, you just need the basic knowledge of the main characters.
When I first read the synopsis, I wasn't interested. It sounded yucky, giving me the heebie jeebies. Translation - apprehension. But it turns out, I was OK with it and I enjoyed the story.
Emma, in her inexperience, accidentally turns herself into a toddler but fully aware with her adult mind intact. However, Emma is unable to communicate and is physically hindered and humorously also has toddler's preferences and need for diapers. :-) Regina takes in the lost baby until her parents are found. Emma is able to witness the Regina few see - the mom and the woman behind the mayor/evil queen. Under spoiler tags is an observation by toddler Emma about opened her eyes about Regina. Slight spoiler:
This is the second excellent OUAT fic I've read from this author. Too bad many if not most of her stories are unfinished. :-(

I really needed this one, I was feeling a bit on the low side and this really cheered me up.
Emma finds a locket given to her by the Swans (they gave her away). She inadvertently uses her magic and ends up as a toddler without complete control of her bodily functions. She ends up in the care of Regina and gets to discover a new side to the former evil queen.

4 stars. This was so stinkin’ cute. Regina taking care of baby Emma was precious. The plot is so out there and weird but it totally works and made for a very entertaining and sweet story. I will definitely be reading this one again whenever I need a quick pick me up.
