Amusing adventure pulp as per usual. This time we have alien cicada aliens who seed the earth with carbon-dioxide spewing giant tree monsters. The cicada aliens only live a short time, so they want to enslave humanity to take care of their eggs, and apparently they all die at the same exact time. It's a little confusing, but amusing. The trees reminded me a bit of Gamera vs. Legion.

Then there was also a story about an evil cyborg doctor who wants to discover National Kid's secrets by dissecting him, and he has an army of techno-boomerang-wielding cyborgs that can suck oxygen and float in the air.

Finally, the last story is about tensions between the Confederacy of Aberica and the United States of Sabieto. It's the most conventional story of the bunch, and thus the most boring!
