When I couldn’t trust anyone, I trusted my judgment. But now... Now I can’t do that anymore. I’ll have to put my faith in my instincts and hope like hell they aren’t wrong, because if they are, I’m going to end up dead.

Arianna's life.was.supposed to be guiding and making sure her world was controlled.and.no one tried to take what's hers. But she met her husband and life wasn't the same. She had people after her and she had to take of a lot of business. But James her husband and former enemy never left her side. They would have a good world and hopefully no one tried to.ruin it. Totally loved this series
I guess I was hoping for a better ending. I am glad that the whole memory issue didn’t take up a ton of this book, but the ending seemed like it was super quick and same count of no where... soooo it wasn’t terrible by any means it kept me engaged because I wanted to know what happened and how it was going to end, but the ending just seemed so rushed for my liking.
While I liked the concept of the story, I found this last book to be drawn out. James Ariana go through more kidnappings and separation to be be brought back together. I like that they believe in each other even though circumstances dictate that they shouldn't. Glad it had a HEA.
I loved this series. It reverses the trope of male dominance of a submissive woman. POV of FMC was a strong feature acting like a male character normally would. I have gotten a bit sick of Male Dom's behaviour in most arranged Mafia marriage books so this was a surprising change
This was a good ending to the series. The beginning was an unexpected loop but Arianna never disappointed. She was always her strong independent self. I really enjoyed this book.
