Is revenge really a dish best served cold?
I think when it comes to Tristan, the revenge he serves couldn't be HOTTER! He makes payback look SO GOOD!
Each chapter of Revenge brought us closer to the anticipated explosion of a climax. It was thrilling and exciting and I for one never wanted it to end. Finding out what The Company was up to sent chills down my spine and I was happy to see that the author kept her characters true. They could have disappeared. They could have walked away, stating that it wasn't their problem. But their hearts were too good and the end of even one innocent life was too many. With steely determination and a glimmer of hope, Tristan and Isabel fought for what was right. They niggled and wormed their way into information that could topple an empire. And they did it with the same style and grace and fervor we've come to know and love about them. They were in this together and someone please have mercy on anyone who stood in their way.
While the intimate scenes between Tristan and Isabel left a lot to the imagination, there was no denying the intensity of their connection. Wild gave me crazy hot chemistry and with just one look, one touch, Tristan was able to convey a multitude of dirty somethings. And the love that these two felt for each other was infinite. There was nothing they wouldn't do for each other. Take a bullet, fall on a sword, sacrifice upon sacrifice, they were willing to do it all.
Revenge ended without ending. Does that make sense? I have a feeling that there is still more to this story and with side character stories left up in the air, I'm thinking I'll be seeing these people again. Fingers crossed!!

What the hell is a life of death and danger if I can’t let myself drown in the woman I love in the spaces between? - Tristan
Revenge ended without ending. Does that make sense? I have a feeling that there is still more to this story and with side character stories left up in the air, I'm thinking I'll be seeing these people again. Fingers crossed!!

LOVE this Author!!!! I’m addicted to all of her books!!! Can not wait till this comes out! She keeps you engrossed in her stories! You never want to put it down and walk away! I had never been an avid reader until I found Meredith Wild and all her amazing writing that just keeps you wanting more. I have count downs on my calendar 📆 for her next ones to purchase! Thank you Meredith Wild for giving me a small escape for my everyday life! I so enjoy reading what you have created!

5 stars! Must read! Once you start reading you won't be able to stop until you finish it!
This series has been a journey! Let me start out by saying that this is not a series that I would look at and pick up because "its within by favorite genre" or "the synopsis caught my interest" in fact looking at just those two things I wouldn't be expected to pick this series up and enjoy it. And boy have I enjoyed this series SO much so far! Which goes to show what a great writer Meredith Wild is. That she can turn the skeptical into an obsessed reader is the highest praise I can give her!
Watching both Tristan and Isabel's character development is amazing! Isabel starts out as innocent and only seeing the best in the world but damaged from her past with Tristan. But she grows into such a badass who can not only function and survive in Tristan's world but someone who can thrive and totally hold her own. Tristan on the other hand has a more humanizing character development. His main growth takes place mentally and emotionally and it is truly amazing to watch. He no longer relies on just himself for survival but allows others to help him and is making and accepting real relationships with the different people in this world!
I think the growth of this world is the real MVP though! I absolutely love that the series starts out with high stakes but on a small scale but as one continues to read the scale reaches levels that are unimaginable and the stakes just keep growing with it. I am truly blown away by where this series is taking us!

Brilliant!! Absolutely brilliant!! I wasn’t sure how this book was going to end, and I have to say that I love Isabel & Tristan’s “ending”! This book, being book 3 of the series, was highly anticipated and in my humble opinion was well worth the wait!! I loved the intensity of the storyline and how you really never knew - or could even thoughtfully predict - what was coming next! Just when you thought you had all the pieces, you were wrong. But one thing that grew through out the storyline was Tristan. He basically had to become a new person and trust his gut instincts through this whole process! He got lucky, he found his life partner a second time and even though he couldn’t remember everything, he remembered her! Isabel’s love became his life force to healing!! Even though this is “just a book”, I think the message that love can be strong enough to weather the good times and the bad if you’re both invested - is clearly the point!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Revenge (Parts 7 thru 9) are definitely more plot and suspense building than action but it's just as gripping as the rest of the story.
We see Tristan and Isabel go from Boston to Paris, France back to Washington, D.C. in these three parts. They are slowly piecing together bits and pieces of information they are given. And each time when they think they are finally getting somewhere, there is another twist throw into the mix.
As much as I wanted more action, I truly enjoyed the intensity of this plot. I was completely drawn into all the ins and outs of who was in the Company, who was behind everything along with how they were able to have their hands into so many things and get away with so much.
I won't say much more. I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and really, really hope there is more to come (that ending truly left it open for more).
Bravo, Meredith. This series will definitely pull romance lovers over to romantic suspense.

Eye-Opener...
The anticipation of Tristan and Isabel's continuing story had me wired and eager to read more. We find the couple in Boston to seek and uncover answers to the many questions that keepthem in limbo. Isabel gets a rude awakening from Kolt reinforcing that she cannot trust anyone. Deception and dishonesty is running amok with no chance of slowing down.
The only person she has faith in is her love for Tristan. But Tristan has a dangerous agenda with his obsession of getting his memory back. He needs to stay focused in their mission andnot waiver. The suspense is intensifying and lives are at risk, and their objective has all the signs of having collateral damage. Tristan and Isabel are both determined to end this once and for all in order for them to be able to move forward with theirlives together. I say bring it on Meredith Wild.

In Red Ledger #8 we find Tristan and Isabel in Paris, the City of Light. But that could not be further from the truth. Tristan and Isabel are getting closer to the darkness of their enemies. Just when they both think they are nearing the finish lineto achieve their end game, another stumbling block is hurled into their path. The suspense and intrigue is building to the boiling point.
Isabel's father is now involved in the mix and that opens up another can of worms. Together Tristan and Isabel have a fighting chance to bring this to an end, especially in the love they have for each other but also the strength they are as a couple. I am looking forward to continuing on with Red Ledger #9.

How does one say goodbye to a series that has taken you on a journey with two characters you have fallen in love with? Answer? You can't. Tristan and Isabel touched my heart through MeredithWild's words in so many ways. The list is too long. Their story was full of love, intrigue, passion, suspense and last but not least.....hope. Hope is a powerful word and one that this series reached for from the very beginning. Tristan and Isabel went to hell and back against the evil powers that be together. Always together.
It became clear right at the start that Meredith Wild poured her blood sweat and tears into their story and for that I will be forever thankful. It's always sad to see a story such as thisend, but like Tristan and Isabel, just knowing the EPIC ride would eventually see them get what they fought so hard to achieve, it was all worth it.

I am wracking my brain trying to decide how I can possibly write a review that will do this justice and at the same time not include any spoilers! Let me just say that this is an amazing series and Revenge will keep you on the edge of your seat begging for more! I loved it!

I loved Meredith Wild's Hacker series, so I was looking forward to reading The Red Ledger series as each part came out and they dud not disappoint. The refound live and drama keep you on edge waiting for the next chapter.

I'm one of those I-can't-help-it readers, especially with book series that have pulled in every shred of my imagination and haven't let go. I start to hypothesize in my head about all the directions that the plot could, and the choices the characters could take to get them there. I am thrilled to say that The Red Ledger series was NOT one of those instances. I was fascinated with how Meredith Wild would untangle one of the most riveting fictional spiderwebs it had ever been my pleasure to read. I was excited to jump on the ride...but also a little trepidatious. Would this final leg of the saga live up to my extremely high expectations? Would Tristan and Isobel get the soaring and joyous happy-ever-after they'd worked so hard for? Would the artfully woven antiheroes and secondary players get endings that were appropriate but not stereotypical?
I seriously should have known not to worry at all.
Many people may say that I render that statement because I know this author--but let me be clear. I'm more brutal on my friends than I am on writers i don't know. Having the freedom to tell them exactly what I think (lovingly, of course) doesn't make me a "yes girl." It makes me someone who can state my truth.
So let me also say this. Truthfully, the Red Ledger series one of the best romantic suspense sagas it's ever been my joy and pleasure to indulge--and "Revenge" is the glorious icing on top of this beautifully woven work. In case you think that plots this intricate and riveting just get cooked up and written overnight, you're wrong. The care and thought and envelope-pushing here are evident in every word that's gone onto the pages of this book, sweeping Tristan and Isobel from one side of the globe to the next (disclaimer: an explosive stop-over in Paris did NOT hurt the read for this passionate Francophile), concluding back in Washington DC for a climax that blew every thread of my freaking socks off--and has me hoping Netflix or Amazon Studios is taking a good long look at this incredible story.
A phenomenal ride of a read. So well done!

The moment I finished this, I knew I was screwed. How am I meant to review something as epic as this, not give too much away, but do the book justice?
I almost threw my kindle at the wall when the book came to an end and there were no more pages to be read. This series has been a whirlwind of emotions, lust, heat, suspense and so so so much more. As always, Meredith goes way beyond anything I expected and delivers an ending to a book that I did not see coming. As much as I built it up in my head, as much as I tried to piece this crazy ride together, I was thrown into plot twist after plot twist... What I thought I had figured out, I hadn't... What I thought I knew was going to happen, it didn't. And I don't know why I am surprised. the whole series has been the same from Reborn all the way to Revenge. When Meredith first ventured into this sub-genre, I was apprehensive, and I didn't know what to expect. It's not her usual style but as always she ran with it, and she nailed it flawlessly. Keep me on my toes the entire way through. I came to love Tristian and Isabel. I craved more of them. I love how Ms. Wild entwined the passion between Tristan and Isabel as well as the suspense. This couple has gone to hell and back to be together, to stay on the run and then to fight back, but not once did the love between the two wavered. Tristan was willing to go to any length to protect the love of his life and he did. I tried to make this last longer than one sitting, and for half a day I did, but the entire time I was thinking about what the hell was about to happen. Knowing that this series was coming to an end, I knew Meredith would send it off with a bang..... And that she DID!
It's bittersweet having to say goodbye to two characters that I've fallen in love with, invested in and let completely consume me... And I think I will always hold out hope that the author picks this back up again, or even does some kind of spin-off.
As always, Meredith created an unforgettable, all-consuming, highly addictive, nail-biting romantic suspense that threw me through more plot twist that I can count. It has been an epic ride and I am so glad I gave this series a chance. It's a MUST READ.

The final chapter in this amazing series couldn't have had a better ending.
Even up until the end you were kept on the edge of your seat with anticipation.
I love how Meredith can blend 2 different world into this amazing series of twists and turns that keep you reading and wanting more.

I consumed this in one sitting! I definitely had to pull Red Ledger 6 back out to refresh my mind, and I STILL took a minute to remember certain things. Tristan and Isabel have such a crazy life, they are on such a wild ride, and it's not slowing down. Book 7 was less suspense, more action and information gathering. So needed, and now I'm left in anticipation for their next location. We also get to see them talk about the future and what they think it could look like. It's not easy looking past the moment, as they are totally in the middle of chaos.
Wow! Where Red Edger 7 was more about info and moving the story, Red Ledger 8 is allll about the action! It's edge of your seat level excitement. A wild ride on both sides of the ocean, with twists I wasn't expecting and an end I could never have predicted. So much is up in the air after this one and we are left with more questions than answers. I have NO CLUE what is coming next, but man, am I ever enjoying the journey.

3.5 enjoyable stars from me. While this one ended with a "to be continued," I feel like the story was pretty well wrapped up. As with the two prior books, it definitely wasn't a literary work of art. The conversation felt unnatural at times and parts were far from believable (though that's the beauty of fiction, isn't it - it doesn't have to be believable). In spite of these flaws, the story itself remained interesting and I cared about the fate of the characters. It won't be winning any awards and it's not likely to he a book that sticks with me over time but it was agood conclusion to an enjoyable story and I'm glad I took the the time to read all three books.

Part 7 - I am so glad to finally have more of Isabel and Tristan and their adventure in trying to find out more about the Company. As always, there are so many twists and surprises that awaits them. They are in Boston to find more information and Isabel encounters someone she once cared about but now can't trust and not sure which side they are on. As they dig further, they start to hopefully figure out who all is involved in the Company. When Isabel meets with Blake Landon, we get a glimpse of what is happening in Blake and Erica's life which is a nice surprise. They gain a new ally in Blake but they have found so far leads them to their next stop.
I love the suspense, intrigue, and danger that Isabel and Tristan are involved in and I want to find out as much as they do as to who all is behind this....it will be interesting to see!
Part 8 - The adventure continues for Isabel and Tristian and this time, they travel to the beautiful city of Paris, France! They are in Paris to track down more information about what they had found out in Boston. They meet up with old friends who are always willing to help them however they can. They also run into people that they were not expecting to meet face to face and these confrontations doesn't have a beneficial outcome for either sides.
Tristian and Isabel come to realize what they must do when they head back to the US and it doesn't have the exact outcome that each wants but Tristian makes the hard decisions in order to save Isabel.I can't wait for the last part of this crazy adventure but I am also sad that the adventure is ending with Part 9! Hopefully Ms. Wild will bring us more stories of this wonderful couple after the last adventure! This series has been one crazy ride filled with hot romance and so many mysteries with all the twists and turns that you never would have expected. It keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what's really happening and what's coming up!

Now that they are separated, can they survive without each other and how will they end the madness of people hunting them and can they stop the evil that is being plotted. While Isabel finally tells her father the truth (well most of it) about what has been happening with her and why, Tristian is plotting to take down Simon and the crazy organization that Simon is running.
Morgan, Isabel's father, finally realizes that sometimes evil has to be dealt with in a different way. Morgan realizes that Tristian is probably the man that can help rid the world of the evil that is Simon and his organization. Isabel is happy when she and her parents reconcile but she is strong enough to tell them what she wants and how she plans on getting it.
Tristian can't stay away from Isabel and he realizes that he needs her more than he needs anything in life. When the two of them are together, they can conquer anything! With some help from Tristian's friends and Morgan they can finally achieve what they needed to.
This was one of the best series that I have read in a very long time. Ms. Wild keeps us guessing and on the edge of our seats through every part of this journey. I wonder what she will come up with for us next because I think she has plans for us!

This is the third volume to The Red Ledger series and is a thrilling rollercoaster ride from the first chapter to the last. Tristan and Isabel’s adventures go on, the buzz of not knowing what’s about to happen in the next chapter will hold you hostage to your seat. If you haven’t read the previous books yet then I would advise you to read Reborn: Vol. One and Recall: Vol. Two.
Tristan was the ruthless assassin in the first two books and he has no recollection of his previous life. In this latest instalment, he might still have the skills of a hitman but things are gradually changing inside him. The character development of Tristan is especially noteworthy. He continues to be Isabel’s knight in shining armour, cold with others but gentle with the love of his life; it is quite fascinating to follow this hero’s metamorphosis. Will he ever recover his memory?

Isabel is no longer the damsel in distress; she is now tougher and is ready to protect the life she now has with Tristan no matter what the cost. Her love for Tristan has been tried and tested and the big showdown with the bad guys is inevitable. Will they survive this ultimate face-off?

Well, I must say that Ms. Wild continues to enthral us with Tristan and Isabel’s ongoing saga. Their relationship goes from strength to strength but the road to their peace is strewn with dead bodies. This book is fast-paced and gives you a lot of heart-stopping moments. There were quite a few new characters that were introduced all obviously play vital roles, but thankfully the author’s style of writing makes it all so easy to follow and doesn't confuse the reader. I had mixed feelings with the last chapter because it wasn’t what I expected. Is there a happy ever after for these lovers? If you want to find out you have to read this book. I highly recommend that you do.

This was just what I needed from the conclusion to the Red Ledger series. I can't believe this is it already. I never want Tristan and Isabel's story to end so I will still hold out hope for more!!
Tristan and Isabel took us on another wild adventure of trying to stay alive and focused while trying to take down the people who hired Tristan to kill Isabel. I don't want to give too much away, but it had all the action, tense moments, steamy bedroom scenes that the amazing Meredith Wild is known for.
The ending left room for more and I truly hope this won't be the end of this series.
I love these two characters so much and the ending will not disappoint. Tristan and Isabel are put to the test, but love conquers all.
I give Revenge 5 stars. It was thrilling and keeps you guessing. In the midst of all the craziness, Meredith Wild gives readers a romance to remember!!

JUST WOW! If you were not hooked already, 7-9 will not allow you to put it down. I already love this series, a perfect balance between action. romance and heat , OH MY , this series will burn its self into your heart. Meredith makes you feel all the feels, and its beautiful.

This story has me on the edge of my seat in that I fretted and feared for our heroes, I felt the intense emotions from them both and could not help but hope for their happy ending.

Revenge is book 3 in The Red Ledger Series. I have loved this series from day 1, it has been action packed and non stop throughout. You will have to read it to find out what happens to Tristan & Isabel, you don’t want to miss it!!!!

This story has become so complicated that I had to stop, re read and go back at certain parts. The complexity of the story line is astounding. You cannot trust any character. Everyone has hidden agenda and secrets. Except Tristan and Isabel. Tristan wants his memory back and a way out of his previous employer, the infamous Company so that he can have the second chance with Isabel. And Isabel wants Tristan and a future free of constant running from death and destruction. But the web of Company's lies, deceit, power, connection and ruthless greedy schemes run so much deeper and wider. The nailbiting story line kept me glued the pages for hours and I could breathe only after last page. Secondary characters like Mateus, Townsend , Crow, Solomon and so many others were crafted with exquisite care. And I won't forget any of them. Ever.
Tristan is an amazing character. He is really beyond words for me. His agony, his struggle, his anger, his guilt and his pain for the lost memories and for the trial Isabel is going through for him is portrayed brilliantly by the author. And I have so much respect and admiration for Isabel. She is so strong, brave and loyal. She is not afraid to take risks for her loved ones. I felt every fibre of their connection truly deeply. They are running, hiding and fighting but their love shines brightly through the conspiracies and violence. Their relationship is one of the most unique, unforgettable and sensational experiences.
The Red Ledger: Revenge by Meredith Wild was the epitome of Romantic Suspense. She has set an impossible standard with her mindblowing writing. The story line and characters were layered with intrigue and intensity. An unforgettable epic journey. And this series is one of the best I have ever read. I’m a big fan of suspense reads so this series has grabbed my attention. It should be noted that the story was planned for 6 mini book installments and two large books and it was changed to 9 mini books and three large books and it is finally done! There has been a full 16 months since book 1 was published. I admit I’m truly not a fan of that format. Cliffhangers are bad enough, but to have about 1000 pages spread over nearly 1.5 years is torture and not in a good way. This is one of those series that I love, but the small bites are killing me. I need a recap of where we left off so I’m not scratching my head when the book starts.
Book 7 - I will say that Isabel was a bit stronger in this book, but we are still not much closer to finding a solution to the Company that is hunting them.
Book 8 - I will say that Isabel and Tristan made progress while in Paris, but there still are many things to resolve in the final installment. The scene where they snuck into the building was intense!
Book 9 - I will say that now we finally get the end. Overall it was a good series and Yay for those who are just now finding it as you get to binge read it which is a gift for sure.

Revenge is the end of Tristan and Isabel’s story and I was not ready to say goodbye to these characters and their story. I fell in love with this from the very first word of part one and was completely addicted. The conclusion to their story was 100% worth the wait.
Revenge is full of action, suspense, love, and full of so many answers we have been waiting for since the very beginning. There were twists and turns until the very end and ones you didn’t see coming. The chemistry between Tristan and Isabel continued to grow throughout Revenge, their relationship continued to strengthen despite everything that was going on around them.
The growth of Tristan throughout this story was tremendous. Looking back at the Tristan we first met in part one to the Tristan we got in Revenge were so different, but deep down he was still the same Tristan we’ve come to love. Isabel also changed throughout this series. She was a survivor, a fighter and was willing to fight for her life and her love for Tristan.
The ENTIRE Red Ledger series is a MUST READ and I can’t recommend this enough! Meredith Wild created an addicting series and characters you can’t help but love. I can’t wait to see what is in store for the future.
