Insightful and indispensable book for anyone who is interested in dynamics of Eastern European art during the Soviet regime and after the fall of Communism. As director of Moderna Gelirija in Ljublijana since 1993 Badovinac has extensive knowledge of past and present dynamics of artistic production and representation in the region.
