Rate this book
The bone-chilling breeze off Lake Michigan carries unnerving whispers of days gone by.

An excellent history of Chicago's dark side: serial killers, gangs and mob bosses. I wish the final chapter had gone longer regarding the city's current problem of black street gangs and young black men murdering each other over gang territory.
