Oh man I was waiting for this book and I have to say that I was not disappointed at all. We get another story of a bad a$$ biker who is dark and brooding and an innocent girl who loves him.
Amy is a good girl whose life has changed. She is stuck in this endless loop of people getting hurt and people hurting her in this endless circle of darkness. Can she stop feeling helpless and afraid and move on to some happiness? That is when she sees him. She knows he is a broken man but she wants to heal him in every way but will he let her in long enough for her to love him and win him over?
Ice-Man on my poor Ice-man he is done with woman and wants nothing to do with them. He has be hurt and real bad and wants nothing more than to stay away from crazy a$$ woman. That is until he meets Amy. Amy makes him want to change, makes him want to be a better man. She melts his cold heart and he likes it. So much so he wants to make her his forever. But can their pasts keep them in the dark or will they come to the light?

The second book in the Rough Rider's series. Still some of Angel's and Torq's book but mostly Amy's and Ice Man's. Doesn't say if there will be any more of this series but it looks like it's left open where Ms Morgan can come back and add more books if she wants to. I'm hoping she will. Would love to see the President get his happy ever after. Hear that author?? There's a good idea 😉.
Since Ice Man lost his best friend and club brother he has been out of sorts and that is why he was able to help Torq find Angel when she was missing. While helping this club he and Amy became friends. She could always make smile but neither of them do relationships. Maybe hook up for a few but not anything else. After a big fight Amy is in a bad accident and might not make it. Is it too late to consider what they each feel for each other?
You can feel the chemistry between them both. You can almost feel the fear of what they don't want to want.
I do recommend this book but please adults only due to violence and sexual content

WOW WOW WOW! The amazingly talented Shelly Morgan knows how to hit me square in the feels with her writing, and The Biker's Religion was another example of trying to kill me with emotions! Oh, and while this is about a new couple, you really MUST READ The Preacher's Daughter (Book 1) FIRST, because of an interconnecting story line. This is Amy & Ice-Man's story, and I'm pretty sure my eyes tried to leak more than once throughout. Amy has never wanted a relationship, as she's perfectly happy just scratching that itch when it's become necessary, but there's something about Ice-Man that calls to her, and it scares her. Ice-Man feels the same way, although his fear is even deeper, and he won't even entertain being more than just a hookup with any woman, after being burned badly as a young man. They go on a trip to where he lives, to face his past, and their chemistry explodes into sexy times that lit the skies up, more than once in fact, but when Amy wants to try for more, he shuts her down completely, in the coldest way possible. And this is where my heart felt like it broke for her. From then on, the hits kept coming, and between my eyes leaking, my f-bombs dropped from the twists, so frankly, I was one hot mess to be honest. The cast of secondaries added so much at this point, so much good in some cases, a lotta bad in other, and for a big finale a crazy sort of ugly! Needless to say, this story was just as amazing in a different way as Book 1, so I CANNOT WAIT to see what this brilliant author comes out with next in this series! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

This is the second book in this wonderful series, and is Amy and Ice-Man’s story. Ice-Man is the president of his own club, but is staying briefly with the Rough Rider’s after helping them rescue Angel. Any is Angel’s best friend, and is haunted by nightmares after seeing the condition her friend was in. These two are both haunted by their own demons, yet cannot deny that they are drawn to each other, despite the distance they live between them. No spoilers; this is a definite must read, you will not be disappointed! This is a well written story, which is filled with action, violence, drama, love, and is a steamy read. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and cannot wait to read more form this talented author, who I highly recommend for all readers.

Ice Man. What a fitting road name. He's Prez of his own club but staying at with another club after helping rescue one of their women from a monster. The monster escaped after brutalizing Angel. They did get her back now the healing. Not only for her but for Amy, her best friend who has nightmares after seeing the condition of her friend. She fears for her friend to return to her, not the shell that stares back at her. She's afraid the monster will come for her next. Ice Man holds her through her nightmares, teases with her to keep her spirits up. In return, she's becoming a great friend. That's all it can be. Neither of them does relationships and he's not touching her no matter how hard it is not to.
When the chance to get back at the woman who froze his heart comes up, Amy is all for doing her part. Bonus: three days alone with Ice Man. Maybe she can make him realize the benefits part of friends with benefits. Unable to keep up the pretense the shared hotel suite is the perfect setting for them. (warning they are setting off fire alarms all over the place)
Too bad club business interrupts them. Too bad he acts like such a cold jerk instead of admitting his feelings. Is there a chance for them despite the heated words? That is if the dangerous business with the club doesn't kill him first.
I liked all the characters in the group, probably choosing Amy and her outrageous pick-up lines that would cure any guy hearing them of ever using a line again. The clubs are loyal, their business 1% and their care for their women and friends unbreakable. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. This is my first Shelly Morgan series and it won't be my last.

Loved Iceman and Amy's story!!
This story was just awesome!
Iceman, a visiting biker from another club, is a man married to his club. He isn't interested in a relationship because of the way a woman treated him in the past.
Amy wasn't interested in a relationship either. No special reason, she just felt like "she couldn't do relationships". She and Iceman have become close friends. They get along great, make each other smile and laugh.
Then Iceman gets an invitation to the wedding of the woman who scarred his heart. Since the woman was rubbing her marriage and his face, he decides 2 go to the wedding and bring Amy as his date.
There is an attraction between them though and they both start to wonder if it was such a good idea. Throughout their friendship there has also been an attraction but neither has gone any further. Since neither was into having a relationship, they didn't want to spoil the friendship.
During this trip, their relationship would change as would their lives going onl.
Will they find happiness they both deserve?

Amy is always trying to make Ice Man laugh, and knows when he needs her, she’s becoming an obsession for him. While Amy jokes, he knows she doesn’t look well, she’s having nightmares of what happened to her friend, after realising it was nightmares he went and held her till she fell asleep.
Ice Man has he’s own past and when Amy jokes about her health he lets her know some of it.
Amy is struggling with when she saw her friend come back and that she can’t help her, she’s worried her friend won’t come back to who she was. After Ice Man gets an invite to his ex’s wedding, he doesn’t want to go after what happened, but Amy convinces him to show his ex what she missed out on, and she hopes it helps she definitely wants some of his candy stick.
Deciding they can’t fight their chemistry anymore after the wedding Ice Man needs to make sure that Amy knows that this won’t ever be relationship. Ice Man can’t believe the time he has with Amy is going to get cut short because of club business, or that he enjoys just spending time with her, she’s near perfect.
Ice Man has to leave early for some club business, with Ice Man saying it could be dangerous, Amy mentions she can’t wait to spend more time with him after, he shuts down and lets her know they’re not in a relationship and leaves.

Shelly Morgan has this freaking awesome series that I started the other day and I couldn't put it down.
Her writing is raw and wild, forbidden, and dark. All the ingredients to create a perfect book.
The Biker's Religion is the second book from the Rough Riders MC.
But I must advise you to read The Preacher's Daughter first.
You'll see why.
This new book explores the lives of Ice Man and Amy.
These two meet when Amy's best friend and Ice Man's best friend's lover had gone missing.
They were with Torq trying to help him find her when something with these two appeared...
And oh boy. What a book this was.
I loved every single chapter.
Great plot, well written, super engaging, and dark.
Darkness surrounded the entire book and it was perfect to witness the quest for the light.
These two are too freaking stubborn for their own sake, but they are really explosive with each other.
Great book in every way.
I laughed, I cried, I cursed all at once.
And guys, we have some hot stuff into the mix. Hell yeah, we do.
Chapter after chapter, I saw myself engrossed in the story that I couldn't stop reading.

Two people who've become great friends after suffering through a horrible attack of someone close to them. Two people not wanting anything to do with a relationship. Two people who are drawn to each other like magnets.
Both Ice-Man and Amy are two characters I fell for right away. Their connection was so well written you can feel it jump off the pages. That's what I like about this author. She writes in a way that surrounds you and makes you feel like you're there; part of her characters. I loved how Ice-Man was able to put his broken heart behind him in this book with the help of Amy. I loved how Amy was such a dear friend to everyone in her life. Always trying to make things in their world better. But what I really loved was how all her friends returned that love to her and were always looking out for her and her well-being. This was a book written on a rock solid foundation of true friendships and brotherhood. It has 5+ stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... I cannot wait for the next release from Shelly Morgan.

Well, first and foremost I will say that yes, we get to see Angel's "after it happened" and a conclusion to the things that were left open in the last book. Both things that were missing from book one, but I guess that's why they call it a cliffhanger lol. As for the main couple in this book, we have Amy; Angel's bestie, and Ice Man; President of a club down in Texas. Both are wary of a relationship, both have things that haunt them, but both are drawn to the other. Will the two be able to be anything more than friends when their "baggage" and 1500 miles stand between them? Will they even get the chance to try when enemies and Mother Nature herself attack?
Again it took time for the pair to start the romance side of their relationship but it didn't bother me. Action, drama, violence, OMG moments and of course some bedroom action make for another very enjoyable read and I give The Biker's Religion 4.5 stars.

Another great book in this series. Amy is a good girl whose life has changed. But it is going to change even more when she meets him. A broken man that she feels she needs to heal in every way. Ice-Man is done with woman and wants nothing to do with them. Until he meets Amy. Amy is different and he wants to get to know her because she makes him want to change. I love the chemistry between these two . It explodes between them. There were so many twists in this one. I wanted to throw my kindle. My heart broke for both Amy many different times. But this was an amazing book from beginning to end. I cant wait to read more from her. This one was just as good as the first one in this series if not better.

There is a reason his road name is Ice Man, he’s cold and emotionless. He’s been staying in Reno with the Rough Rider’s MC, a club his MC, Devil’s Crew, supports. He’s in Reno because Torq’s woman had been kidnapped and unspeakable things happened to her. She’s home and recovering, but her best friend Amy is suffering from PTSD from the incident. Amy and Ice Man had become close while Angle was missing, and he’s not looking forward to leaving her behind when he returns to Texas. A ghost from his past gives him a hand with that and they both take off for a weekend in Texas. What follows is a roller coaster ride of activity and emotions. Nicely done Ms. Morgan. 4 Stars.

I love MC romance and this author. I have read all her books. I love the naughtiness and all the bad boy vibe throughout this story. I love the brotherhood and sisterhood that is portrayed so beautiful in the MC world. It has the dark angsty flavor that I REALLY love.
I get this is romance and meant to be fantasy but come on, the drama parts need to be believable. Yes, I need a bit more realism. Some research was needed on head trauma/brain injury. Oh if only someone could recover so easily and be exactly as they had been. **Cue eye roll.
This book three stars because of the MC’ness of it. Yes I am making up words. Haha. Happy Reading Everyone!

Amy and Ice Man’s story picks up where we left off with Angel and Torq. Amy is accustomed to the MC world and understand how it works. She knows the club comes first. Ice Man and Amy form a friendship under extreme pressure from when Angel was missing. They fit together like puzzle pieces. They decide friends with benefits is a good idea. However we all know someone has their feelings hurt in this scenario. Ice Man realizes he has made a mistake however when he comes back for Amy he gets devastating news. You’ll have to read to see if they get their HEA...for now.

Haven't finished this book yet but I can say that I really hate having to put this book down to adult. It is addicting and I can't wait to see how it all plays out. This is the complete package. Two characters not looking for love, action, violence, smoking hot bedroom scenes and drama. The perfect combo that is sure to keep me wanting more.
Shelly has earned her spot in my favorite author list and this is another example of why.

I really liked this book. We finally find out what's going on with Ice Man and Amy. I cheered, shouted and laughed with this book.
I loved Amy, she is independent, loyal and great friend. She loves the club, her job and her friends. She is content.
I loved Ice Man, he is loyal, hard working and kind. He loves his club, and brothers his made.
I really recommend this series.

I loved Ice Man, he is loyal, hard working and kind. He loves his club, and brothers his made.
I really recommend this series.

Amy meets Ice-man, they have a difficulty relationship. I didn't feel that they really had a romantic relationship. This MC club rescue woman that have been kidnapped and sold to sex monsters. I enjoyed Amy and Angle friendships and supportive relationships. I was confuse why would Ice-man would leave his MC club and give up being president?

What a story. Love it, it grand you by the hand and won't let go. I love Ice Man and Amy. Their story is powerful and exciting. It's everything you can imagine and more. From first meetings , to a happy ending. Just great. A must read for MC followers. Shelly Morgan has done it again.

Again it took time for the pair to start the romance side of their relationship but it didn't bother me. Action, drama, violence, OMG moments and of course some bedroom action make for another very enjoyable read and I give The Biker's Religion 4.5 stars.

I’ve Man!!! I could not wait to read his story. I could not put this book down. I read book 1 & 2 in 2 days. There are situations that will make you cringe in both books. There’s heartache, Romance & revenge in these books. I really enjoyed them & look forward to reading more.

Great read
I enjoyed both books, glad Ice man and Amy get a story of there own. Great story lines that are interesting and have suspense. In both books I felt the ending stopped to soon. There should have been an epilogue in both book, but there wasn't.

Loved Amy and Ice Man
I was so disappointed that I didn’t get an ending to Angels and Torque story. I know it gave bits and pieces but not what I wanted. Great Read for Amy and Ice Mans story.

Not the best of mc stories
A bit fragmented in the storytelling and the two main characters were a bit insipid and lacked any real substance. Had potential but didn’t reach the mark.
