Insightful content but it made me want to cry more times than I could count 😮💨

This is a good, solid nuts and bolts text book about evaluating, pricing, and understanding various types of leveraged buyouts and other M&A transactions. If this is something you need to know, this is a decent book to help you learn it.
Pop Sugar Challenge: A book with a protagonist who has your occupation (I admit it's a stretch, but as far as I can tell, no one has written a book where someone with my occupation is the protagonist - at least not a fiction book...)
