EVERYTHING, body, health, disease, sun, earth, viruses, all matter (elements, energy) is an ongoing product of cause (interaction) and effect, CHANGES ⇨ increases, decreases, lives or dies, etc. Nothing stays the same. Some causes and their effects can be changed and eliminated; others not.
 
Most disease can have multiple age, diet,, drugs, alcohol, coffee, smoking, poisons, sun, earth, climatm, pollution, viruses, inactivity, etc. Poor diet (inappropriate food) tends to dominate. Most dietary and some non-dietary diseases if not too severe can be cured via correct diet, herbs and time (days, weeks, months, etc.), which is why I and others (I counseled, except*) were able to change,

Correct diet varies as many diseases can have MULTIPLE dietary causes and effects (symptoms, variations).

1. TOO MUCH building, animal  (blood clots, high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, insomnia, stroke, poor circulation, arthritis, impotence, PMS, dysmenorrhea, GIRD, heartburn, stones, tumors, cancer, psoriasis, obesity, cellulite, diabetes, anemia) is generally corrected by a lacto vegetarian or vegan diet, cooked, raw vegetables, mild spices, bitter herbs, worsened by high protein, fat diets, ginseng, etc. 

2. TOO MUCH dairy, sugar, cold drinks (mucus, phlegm, cysts, tumors, obesity, cellulite, edema, colds, flu) is generally corrected by vegan diet, cooked vegetables, hot spices and generally worsened by salads, juices, salt, sour, sweet herbs +/- chicken, turkey (white meat)
3. The vegan diet while healthy is also cleansing and should be avoided or balanced with dairy or eggs if you are dry, thin, smoker, pregnant etc. 
 
4. Animal, red meat, chciken, turkey, eggs are benefial if you are cold, anemic, thin, or suffer infertility, miscarriage, impotence, weak immunity from low protein, low fat vegetarian diet. 

5. Avoid bitter herbs (golden seal, aloe vera, gentian, barberry, most laxatives, diuretics, coffee) if you are vdry, thin, smoker, pregnant etc.
 
6. For better digestion and nutrient absorption eat fruit and desserts first, more cooked vegetables, spices and salads last .

The same foods, herbs that help cure one disease, variation may worsen another.
