This is good information for someone experiencing a diverticulitis attack. Very restrictive at first but needs to be in order to let the colon heal. Follow this advise, call your doctor in case you need antibiotics, and if the pain is sharp, your doctor tells you to go the the hospital, don’t mess around. By all means seek medical help. If your colon leaks you will wind up septic (blood infection).

Diverticulitis attacks are nothing to take lightly.
