I Hope You Dance

Rate this book
Fate is a fickle fellow.

At twenty-seven, Vicki had it all. She was a successful Broadway dancer, living the dream in the Big Apple. But when her mother became terminally ill, Vicki left it all behind to go home to cherish the woman who sacrificed everything for her to live her dream. Upon her death, Vicki promised her mother she would dance again, but her heart no longer desired fame and fortune. Now she merely wants to open a dance studio to share her passion with little princesses.

When Nik was thirty-eight, he had it all. A loving wife, a beautiful daughter, and a successful career as an MMA fighter. Two years later, he is a widower with a traumatized princess, and a gym to run. Still haunted by his wife’s last word of encouragement "Dance," Nik tries to ease his pain by renovating the dance studio next to his gym.

When Vicki dances into Nik’s life, is fate finding a way to fix their misfortunes?

For a short story this book was point on. It had a strong shot of spice, some sexual tension, and a great ending. I hate endings that drag out to the point of coming back a year later and all is 'hunky dory in lala land'. There wasn't any fooling around between the two MC's. They knew immediately that they had a connection and then set about making it happen. I loved it!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This is a short but super sweet DILF book with a HEA ending.
Vicki is opening up a dance studio next door to Nik's gym. When they meet the sparks fly and they have an instant connection. It isn't until Vicki meets Nik's daughter that they believe fate has brought them together.
This is a beautifully written story and I hope we get more from this couple. Well done!

Love this song and book

I absolutely lived Nik and Vicki’s story. How a widower doesn’t think he would ever move on after losing his wife only to get struck by love at first glimpse of the new Dance instructor interested in renting his studio. The attraction definitely wasn’t one sided Vicki felt just as taken by the sexy retired MMA fighter. Once both give into the undeniable attraction they quickly fall into a fated love. Definitely recommend this one!

Do you believe in destiny? In fate?
This short story was all about fate, two
People destined to
Meet when the time was right. A child destined to have someone special enough to be her loving parent even though it’s not blood.

Nik lost his wife in a tragic car accident years earlier and it changed not only his life but also their daughter.
He stopped his MMA fighting and took on the role of a sole
Parent never looking at another female twice until Vicky entered his life wanting to rent a vacant space and turn it into a dance studio.
Nik’s heart began to feel love again and life suddenly had a new meaning, and hope was right in front of him.
I loved this short read.
Vicky brought love and hope back into their lives.

The ending was perfect.

If you are a fan of insa-love, you need to read this sweet with heat novella. It is a wonderful second chance romance with a feisty, independent dancer and an older, HOT former MMA fighter. Chance or destiny brings them together when they both desperately need a real emotional connection.
The perfect short story that will have you flipping through the pages and finishing within the hour.

When Vikki comes home to care for her mother she has no idea that she will be staying and opening her own dance studio. Nik is a retired MMA fighter that is running a gym and raising his daughter. He is a widower that lost his true love and doesn't think that he can be lucky enough to find that again until he meets Vikki. It is an instant attraction that leads to a whirlwind romance . Loved them !!

4 Stars

I hope you Dance...is a sexy story. Vicki is the leading lady and Nikoli is the DILF. She is a dancer and he is MMA champion. Together they will sizzle. She will teach him how to dance and he will train her...I only gave 4 stars...because the h keeps describing Nik as a dominant male, he is sexy, sweet and confident but I didnt get the feeling of dominant. Vik the female lead is the dominant one she is sexy , powerful and gives the best innuendos. Happy Reading!!

I Hope You Dance
By Jessika Klide
Main Characters: Vicki & Nik
I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author.
4 out of 5 stars
Nik was a retired MMA fighter who now owns a gym. Vicki was a dancer and now wanted to own a studio and teach dancing. This is a short read. Great chemistry between the two main characters. It amazes me what an author can pack into so few pages. Good job Jessika!

I hope you Dance by Jessika Klide a five-star read that will make you sway. This was a great stand-alone read in the DILF Mania series, its short and sweet in the best ways possible. Nik and Vicki will make you smile and there is a great story along the way, it is a little quick at times but there is enough to make it a great story with a super sweet end.

Short and sweet

This book is short and not with all the emotions packed inside. The chemistry is off the charts but the emotional side is what really got to me.

This lovely, tender short story moved very quickly. Because it was such a short story there really wasn't time for the story to be more fully developed but it was still worth reading.

It's time for Nik Smirnov to get back into the dating game and he's just met the woman he'll do that with. Vicki Powell has never met a man as potent as Nik. He oozes power and sexiness. Leasing the dance studio attached to his gym will be a win-win for both of them.
