This book raises great issues for working with teenagers in an urban setting. I guess that's why they gave it that subtitle. It is a compilation of many voices, something I don't usually like. But it seemed to work in this book. While simplistic at times, the book has a passion that comes from the practitioners who are writing. Definitely worth the read.
