The Rainbow Bridge illuminates the common ground within the world’s major religions and spiritual systems. It can be used to help bring about a sense of inner peace and calmness no matter what is going on in the world around you.
It was a wonderful read. I found hope in it after losing a family member in a horrific way. It wasn't what I expected to get from it, but it helped me in a way that was needed at this time. I rushed through and will edit this after I re-read it again. I am looking forward to savoring the words this time, I think my grief got in the way or caused me to find what was needed at the time within it's pages and now I want to really delve into this and see where it takes me next.
This book is a very short read but don’t think that it doesn’t contain a plethora of knowledge. The messages are, as stated in the book several times, “simple but not easy”. Which I feel is the very essence of life on earth. The messages are simple but integrating them into our daily “reality” is not always easy. I see this book as an uplifting, motivational tool to be your best self for the benefit of the collective, a gentle kick in the butt to delve a little deeper into yourself. I see each separate message as a bullet point in which you need to ask your higher self, your soul, what it means for you. I really do look forward to reading it again, as I feel guided, to see what new message is revealed to me!
This was a book of spiritual advice that I hadn't heard of. I think I might have won it, because I'm not sure why I would have bought it from the name. Despite that, it's full of great advice. The book was published over a decade ago, and if I had read it when it came out, I might have been able to learn more from it. As it stands, I had already learned these lessons prior to reading it. That doesn't mean those are bad lessons, just that I already knew them. I generally agreed with everything in this book, which doesn't really happen with every book of wisdom like this for me. If you are a seeker, you will find good advice here, and depending what you have already learned, it might be new to you.
