One day is the final act in the night series. You need to read the series first as this is the ultimate happy ever after. It has its good, bad and sexy. There is a wedding, some tears and a good ending for all. One day is closure to the series.

Cam and Gabe are getting married, but first Gabe has to meet the parents. The pair have each other, but the rest won’t be as smooth sailing. They have a good set of friends and we get to see all the series characters again.

I liked this book. It brought the series together and still had a storyline worth the read.

4 stars out of 5. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

The final installment in the Nights mini-series gives an overview of the lives of the couple we fell in love with from the first installment and added bonus material of the couples we got to see find their happiness. I loved Cam and Gabe from the first time that I meet them both. Both strong, commanding, alluring, sexy, hot all in his own way.

Salinger brought the goods. She gave laughs, tears, triumphs, struggles, life. You get a glimpse in to the lives of each of the couples that made the series what it is. You find warmth, understanding, compassion, friends, family, love, respect. I personally felt this one took it all to the next level of hotness, intimacy, and pleasure. I strongly recommend and highly advise that you read each of the eight prior books. This way you get the fullest experience out of what this author brought.

Sadly, it would seem that all good things must come to an end, as this novella wraps up the series, and the various disparate story lines.  And although a novella, there is a lot packed within these pages.

Salinger skillfully pulls together the character relationships and weaves them into a final story tapestry that is satisfying to read.

One word of advice? Read the other 8 before you get to this - it will make it that much sweeter.

I enjoyed the entire series, but I thought it was super weird that Gabe spent the entire series not speaking to his family.

Fighting with his family in this very book then his father shows up randomly at wedding and gets to walk him down to Cam as one big happy family. Like George didn’t kick Gabe out of the family for almost ten years. Gabe’s family randomly showing up and them all of sudden being one big happy family made no sense. It was weird and here was zero connection.

Happily Ever After

Such a brilliant ending to a great series. One Day pulls together all the couples from the Nights series for one last hurrah. The escapades from the bachelor weekend will live on in my memory for a long time, especially Joe and Ethan's. And finally, the wedding was tearful and joyous. I'm really going to miss these guys

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

This is the final book, book NINE in the Nights Series, and to get the full enjoyment of this one, you really MUST at least read book one: One Night, and book three: Tokyo Heat. I would STRONGLY recommend you read them all, though! Not least because I said so, but they are rather awesome and I am really sad to see the end of this group of people!

Gabe and Cam are planning their wedding and Ethan is in charge of their joint stag/bachelor party. He pulls that off beautifully! There are a few surprises, a trip across the globe to see family, and so much love, between each couple, not just Gabe and Cam, my sister would say "please pass the bucket" and make retching noises!

Each coupe have a *scene* in this book, but the emphasis is on Gabe and Cam and the run up to the wedding. After Cam ran when Gabe said those three little words, I wasn't sure they would get this far, but as the first couple in this series, it's only right and proper that they be the first to tie the knot.

Each scene is hawt and sexy and well written. Each person in the pairing has a say so we get each and every thought these people have, as they begin the wedding celebrations the week before. Ethan's planning is brilliant and how he manages to keep it a secret from everyone, especially Joe, is beyond me!

I loved what Gabe and Ethan did for Cam and Joe and I hated Gabe's family for what they did to him, but they DO redeem themselves, so were somewhat forgiven, but not totally!

But the bit that got me?? The vows between Gabe and Cam. Bear in mind, I started this book at 215am, cos I couldn't sleep, I did not stop til 430 when I finished. And I bawled my bloody eyes out! So much so, I woke the teenager up in the other room! I mean, the love between these two guys, between EACH couple really, jumps off the page and slaps you about the face so much!

Hence the "warm and fuzzies", AND "too stinking cute", along with the "fan yourself, its a hot one" tag! I don't think I have any other warm and fuzzies on the fan yourself shelf, but then again, Gabe and Cam were the founder members of the fan yourself shelf!

The epilogue is rather awesome, and I pray to every deity and god known to man, and then some, that Ms Salinger will write a followup to this series, and call it One More Day! You'll see what I mean when you read that epilogue!

While it's always sad to see a series end, it's made a little bit less sad when it has such a beautiful and fitting end.

Thank you, Ms Salinger, for introducing me to your people, thank you, indeed, for stepping away from your usual fare and writing about them! I loved them all, but Gabe and Cam will always be my favourites.

5 full and shiny stars

Even though this book is a part of a series, I read it as a standalone for this tour. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend reading the rest of the series before getting through this one. This book was just so good that I wish I had gotten to know the characters better before jumping to the end. This was an amazing short story, and I'm sure that the rest of the series was just as awesome.

When the book opens, you are introduced to Gabe and Cam. They are an engaged couple, and they are traveling to visit Gabe's parents for the first time. Cam is an orphan so he doesn't have a family to introduce Gabe to, but Gabe doesn't know how his family, specifically his father, is going to react. When the visit turns sour, they leave. Their relationship is intact, and they decide to simply focus on the wedding and forget about the rest of the family. this was what I truly loved about this couple. Even when it seemed as if they had no one but each other, they stuck together and made it through.

Gabe and Cam's friends are some of the most supportive friends I have ever read about in literature. They all have their own relationships, but not everyone is engaged. At least, not everyone is engaged yet. They all plan an elaborate bachelor party that includes some things to make everyone happy, and they were determined to make Gabe and Cam's wedding amazing even if their family couldn't be there for one reason or another.

I also love that there is a mixture of LGBT+ and straight couples who are all friends in this book. This is how things work in the real world, but sometimes I see things being a bit segregated in mainstream literature. There are also different types of relationships in that group. Let me just say that just because the couple was straight did not mean that the man was the completely dominant one in the relationship. Very interesting to read!

I hope that everyone loves this book if they get the chance to pick it up! I read the entire thing in one sitting and almost hopped up to write my review right away, before remembering that it was nearly midnight. I want to get the rest of the series, maybe in a bundle if one comes out!

I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a new diverse romance series.

I received a copy of this book and this is my voluntary review.

With an intriguing cast of characters and a fast-paced storyline, One Day by A.M. Salinger was a pretty fun read.

I thought this story was interesting and the characters were all likable. However, I just don’t think I’m that into the series to go back and read all the other books. Yes, it was sweet, steamy, funny, and heartwarming and I really liked the writing, but it was just missing something. I don’t know, maybe if I did read the other books first I would be more invested…maybe. That being said, I do like the characters and their relationships. I thought the couple pairings were adorable and I enjoyed the friendships. The plot felt a bit cluttered at times, but it was still entertaining. There was plenty of drama, but also some lighthearted moments that kept me reading. The ending was wonderfully affecting and even if I didn’t read the previous books, it felt like the author managed to wrap up the series quite well.

Overall, I thought this book was sinfully sweet and fun. It was a quick, sultry and entertaining read with plenty of swoons and spice. If you love romance with diversity, then I think this might be the book/series for you.

I received an advance reader copy of this book from the publisher and Xpresso Book Tours in exchange for a fair and honest review. All thoughts and feelings are my own.

I was lucky because most of this series was a #bingeread for me. I had read only two of the books before this was announced so I just started at the beginning and went from there. What an exceptional series this was! I loved most its diversity of romance. There’s pretty much something for someone and everything for those who will read any coupling. That’s me … the anything reader!

One Day is really an extension of the series. Call it an extended epilogue, if you will, to all the couples. It’s a fantastic way to round off a series in which the books can be read as standalones, yet they are familiar to each other.

If you enjoyed the series and like the author’s style and voice, then this is a #mustread for you. It had the perfect amount of sexual drive mixed with all the feels and heart you come to expect from an epilogue. WELL DONE, not just with this story, but with the series as a whole!

4.5 Stars!

One Day is the ninth and final installment in the Nights series by A.M. Salinger and I can't stress enough that you can't read it as a standalone. All the couples from the series appear here, so if you haven't read the prior books, what are you waiting for?

I don't want to spoil this for anyone, so I'll just say that the book has HEAs for all the couples in the series and it was amazing. It was fun, entertaining and just about as hot as all the other books have been and it gave me the closure I didn't even know I wanted in regards to Gabe and Cam. If you're a fan of the series already or love erotica books, this is one you shouldn't miss!

Unlike the previous books in this novella series, this final book can't really be read as a standalone. It is really the large epilogue to all of the previous stories. In this we catch up on all of the previous couples, so if you haven't read the earlier stories, this probably wouldn't do a great deal for you.
Again, as with the earlier books, there is lots of sex. Which, I suppose is to be expected, seeing as that made up the main part of the previous stories.
I enjoyed this series as a whole and it was nice to finish off all the stories. I would have liked a bit more Ethan and Joe though. All in all a fun read.

Having not read any other part in the Night Series, I can say that it doesn't matter. I was able to connect with all the characters and not feel as if I was missing anything, which is a definte plus. Salinger is able to create likeable, yet flawed characters and despite the problems they have, we see them overcome and keep growing.

I actually enjoyed all the characters and the story was super sweet. I think we all wish we had friends this devout. If I have any criticisms, I felt it was fairly formulaic and there were only minimal conflicts. Other than that, it was a lovely well written novella.

So if you're looking for an MM, MF erotic romance with lots of HEAs then this is for you!

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

What a wonderful grand finale for this awesome series! Gabe and Cam are finally getting married with entire gang along for the ride. There are a few bumps in the road but they are so worth it as we get a HEA for every couple in the series before we got the last page. Lots of MM with a touch of MF so there is something for everyone. If you have read the other books in the series you have to read this one to see how it all plays out. I will miss these characters now though. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
