baudelaire simping over some male artists (because female artists didn't exist back then) and defending their decision to stay away from society and be a piece of trash but also that its important for artists to engage with society for their art to have meaning. find a balance or starve.

some of his important ideas are covered here but this was so much like a fanpost with irrelevant references.
