I have used this book for years! Bought it back in the 90's when my husband needed to go low fat. Lots of great recipes. I have the previous cookbook as well.

Certainly one of my favorite cookbooks. Very healthy recipes and very versatile as well, I can change the ingredients if I want and it still turns out good.

This book is a great starting point for any novice cook. The muffins and the pastas are especially delicious and easy.
