About the author

Dr. Melissa Caudle is the founder of On the Lot Productions, a Louisiana-based production company and is an American author best known for "The Keystroke Killer: Transcendence", "A.D.A.M.: The Beginning of Life," and "Never Stop Running." Dr. Mel is an experienced producer who brings her ability to production in the areas of budgeting, script breakdown, shoot scheduling, casting and more. She has built a solid reputation as a documentary and independent filmmaker. Her documentary films include Mexico Missions, The Dolphins in Terry Cove, The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Sean Kelly’s Irish Pub, Beauvoir and Voices of the Innocent and H.E.A.R.T. 9/11. Dr. Mel was also the executive producer on the sitcom, 40 & Leroy directed by Reed McCants.
Besides being a filmmaker, Dr. Caudle is an author with more than a dozen books and articles in magazines on production, creating reality shows, and screenwriting. One of her most popular books is The Reality of Reality TV: Reality Show Business Plans and The Reality of Reality TV Workbook, was translated into five languages and selling worldwide. Another best seller for Caudle is her book series for Screenwriters. The series includes quick guidebooks for screenwriters on how to develop and use a beat sheet, write a logline, synopsis, and create a one pager for screenplays. Caudle also has published two books on raising funds, Fundraising for Low-Budget Films and 150 Ways to Raise Funds for a Reality Show. Lastly, as an artist, she has illustrated six adult coloring books in her series Abstract Faces.
In the summer of 2017, Dr. Mel met Liz Ashe Havrilla, author of One Step at a Time. After hearing her story of surviving Hurricane Katrina, she helped Liz by editing her book and writing the introduction. “It is a very special book with power,” Dr. Mel said. Because of this book, she is writing the companion book, The Golden Needle and Thread, a devotional for healing. Both books are based from real life experiences and show the power of faith and hope. Dr. Mel’s hobbies include painting, photography, boating, and collecting antique marbles. Her original art as well as her marble collection are on display at Family Tree Antiques & Treasures in Bay St. Louis, MS. And, yes, this is the antique store that Jackie and Margarette visited. What a roller coaster ride and brilliantly written. From the beginning to the end, I could not put this one down. It gave me chills, goosebumps and had my heart racing. It's one of those that put you in the moment and you can never guess what is going to happen next. This book is amazing and masterfully written.

I was attempting to come with an intelligent review of this book and I will tell you the scenes from the words were running through my mind in such a manor that I couldn't focus on any one or combination of statements that would accurately assess "The Keystroke Killer", I would like to say it was a cross with Sci Fi, Mystery, an account of how a Serial Killer thinks. But so much more. What I can say is I couldn't put it down I kept thinking about it. I had to know what happened next. When I worked I couldn't wait to get home to read more. It is an impressive work of art. I am very happy to represent it as the top 2 of all the books I have read in my entire life. I highly recommend reading this book. If you do choose to read it, good luck. If you don't read it you will never have one of the major thrills of your life

I love Psychological Thrillers but this definitely exceeded my expectations! Just when I thought I knew what was coming next, it was another mind blowing twist!! A good description of this novel would be Hannibal Lecter meets Fifty Shades of Grey but with more unimaginable intrigue but the only problem is, it's like a soap opera and leaves you wanting more!!!!!
