The short length is becoming an issue. The story was building up to an interesting development when those fateful words, "To be continued...", taunted me for my naïveté. Life is Strange #2 flew by a lot quicker than the previous issue, and Max and Chloe find themselves in more time shenanigans as they arrive on Arcadia Bay. The story again plays with subtle changes in panels to show us when Max is inadvertedly phasing between realities, but also introduces a new development allowing Chloe to partake in Max's visions, though the rules for this are still unclear.
At this point in time, I'm unsure about where the author's going with this. She could be taking it back to that fateful decision at the end of the first game, but then this series would strike me as a rather pointless journey. On the other hand, it has been hinted at that Max could potentially choose a different (better) reality to live in, what would strike me as equally unsatisfying. I guess there's nothing for it but wait for the next instalment.
