In my opinion this one wasn't as strong as the first two novels. This one was a little bit more confusing as we find out exactly why Max is seeing these visions, and what they mean. My heart just broke for Chloe and Max and everything that they have had to endure so far by going back to Arcadia Bay, because their pasts aren't exactly done with them yet.
I just want to pull both of them in a massive hug and take them as far away from Arcadia Bay as I possibly can because that's what they deserve. They've been through enough already and I just need both of them to be happy already, and to be rid of this pain. Stop hurting them.
Max and Chloe visit Blackwell Academy, to pay homage and remember all their lost friends, and everything that the Storm swept away. Yet, the rips in time seems to follow them anywhere they go, and soon more 'ghosts' from the past reappear in their lives. Like Warren.
Ah, this was nice. I think Max and Chloe are canonically LGBT, but in the game I played her as straight, so it was very cool to see Warren again and acting like a couple. Very interested to see where the final chapter in this volume will lead to.

This is the issue I've been waiting for the whole time! It very explicitly examined the relationships between Max, Chloe, Rachel and Warren, and was super gay! The High Seas song really was a good overture for the issue and really made me feel validated in my observations of how romantic Max and Chloe are together.
Overall, I wish that overture were in the first issue and I could have read the whole series knowing there was somebody rooting for them to be together.

Issue 2 was an improvement over issue 1 in that Max's time-changing episodes were better explained and illustrated. Issue 3 is a step back and everything has gotten confusing again.
And, again, I do not like that the romantic relationship between Chloe and Rachel was scrapped. In this issue, Max and Chloe hold hands so that Chloe can time-shift with Max, and when Rachel sees, she says they look cute together. (I have nothing against the Chloe/Max ship...in a world where Rachel is dead...but the comics have made Rachel and Chloe's relationship seem like less than nothing and I don't like it. They meant so much to each other. Did the original game creators actually have input in these comics???)

I enjoyed this one a little bit more than the second volume. It was very nice to see back two very important characters for both Max and Chloe. We have some explanations of what it’s going on, so I’m excited to see how it’s gonna end!
Another great issue making me want to scream and cry. I don't know if I'm ready to know how this is going to end. I want Chloe and Max together. I want everyone in Arcadia bay to be alive too!!! So many feels.
now that some questions have been answered, i want the next one
since this is a multiverse, parallel worlds thing does that means there's going to be more comics with different storylines and art!? i love this one but give me all the chloe x max.
Ohhhh things are getting interesting. I'm really loving the direction the story is taking and all the call backs to the games and all the optional endings, really cool concept.
Les dessins sont beaux et l'histoire est intrigante! Je n'ai jamais joué au jeu vidéo dont cela s'inspire, mais j'ai quand même très bien compris l'histoire!
