Rate this book
Consistency is the “baseline skill” that unleashes all the others. Until this skill is mastered, true potential is never realized. Whether you’re the consistency challenged individual, the driven leader or the striving organization, “Consistency is New Currency” will help turbo-charge your performance, your team and your organization.

Sure, this book is entertaining, funny, compelling, insightful, contrarian, motivating and inspiring. But, none of that matters if people don’t utilize the information to make real change and progress. That’s where this book excels. Every reader will leave with three A better understanding of themselves, a workable blueprint to make transformative changes in their lives, and lastly, the tools to support and encourage that change. We’re not kidding. People can change. And after this book, they do.

Jim Packard is a man with an unbroken string of successes, in his personal life and in business. He is a man who leaders will instantly identify with and relate to. He will help them to better understand and effectively lead their team.

George Campbell is the kind of person who used to drive Jim Packard crazy. Obvious talent and potential and yet infuriatingly inconsistent. 80% of readers, the inconsistent majority, is going to finally meet a man who understands their internal conflict and validates their experience. George’s personal story of beating procrastination and inconsistency will provide inspiration and a path for everyone to follow.

Together, they reach, impact, and move everyone who hears them.
