Kelsey King delivers yet another deliciously scandalous romance.
Harlow is a fiercely motivated woman who has worked relentlessly to become one of the top editors at Midnight Press. She has been assigned to lead a team as the company dips into the erotic romance genre, and will be the editor for the newest book by author Liam Daniels. Harlow and Liam begin emailing back and forth on issues with the writing of his book Dirty Little Secrets which is a rendition of his own past relationships.
The lines between the two become blurred when they discuss how Harlow would react if she were the character in the book after Liam asks what her boyfriend thinks about them corresponding every night. She leads him to believe she has a boyfriend and when he shuts down she admits she lied. Leading to a very sexually driven conversation that shuts down before going to far. She remains that way until Liam breaks down her walls and they begin calling and Skyping leading to very intense pleasurable moments between them.
The time comes to meet in person and both are looking forward to the opportunity until unforeseen events have Harlow running late only to arrive to see Liam being kissed by his ex Destiny. When he clarified what happened they give in to temptation right in the hallway outside the party. Harlow allows her thoughts to mess with her feelings and she ends the relationship along with the fact she’s threatened to break it off.
Liam knows there’s more to her rejection and comes to her for answers and sets to rectify the situation. Changing the ending of his book was absolutely brilliant.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Harlow and Liam. Harlow is an editor at a publishing company and has been recently promoted to head her own division. Liam is an author and Harlow is his editor. Liam writes erotic books and his latest is loosely based on his life. Liam is attracted to Harlow and when he starts to flirt with her, she flirts back. They have never met and only contacted each other through e-mail. When Liam asks for her phone number, Harlow gives it to him and over the course of three months, they develop a close friendship, where they continue to flirt and video chat. When there is a party for the publishing house, Liam flies into town and is looking forward to meeting Harlow. They plan to spend time together, but Harlow knows she could lose her job if their relationship is found out. When they meet, Harlow sees Liam with a former girlfriend and thinks he is cheating on her. Harlow decides to end it with Liam without telling him why. I liked this story. I liked how Liam really liked Harlow and didn't care what anyone thought. Harlow was unsure if she could trust Liam. I think they were good together and had great chemistry. Another good one.

Harlow has worked hard for her career and it has landed her the senior editor position for her publishing house's new erotica line. The cherry on top is working with a writer as well known as Liam. Liam didn't expect to enjoy his interactions with his new editor. But her attention to detail brings out the best in him. This intrigues him and the feeling is very mutual for Harlow as well. This leads to phone calls and more. Before they know it, they are hip deep in feelings and a sticky professional situation. Will they both move out of their comfort zones and hold onto each other or will the opportunity pass them by?

Kelsey King is swiftly becoming an author that I cannot predict and I love that. You think that a trope like a workplace romance will go a certain way and she immediately turns that on its ear. Liam and Harlow know what they want physically but emotionally they are playing catch up. Their relationship evolves and when they come face to face, it gets intense. I really enjoyed my time with these two, I just would have liked to experience more of their relationship when they are finally together. Cannot wait to see what Kelsey King brings us next!

Kelsey King’s writing style tends to capture me from page one and carry me along on the journey she has created. Liam is a well known author that is finishing a new new book, a book he claims to be based on his life experiences. Harlow is his editor. She is new to this position and has worked hard to get there. Liam and Harlow are working together to make his book the best it can be. During this time they fall in love. Harlow tries to fight it knowing that if their relationship is found out that she could lose everything she has worked for. I would have loved to give this book 5 stars, it fully engaged me and I couldn’t put it down once I started, but I just couldn’t do it. For me the antagonist, Destiny, was lacking. Her threat to their relationship felt unrealistic and the solution to get her to back off felt wrong. If I were Harlow it would have really pissed me off. I wish Destiny had been dealt with a little differently. I easily would have given 5 stars if her presence in the story had felt right.

Harlow worked hard for her job and she actually enjoys what she does. However she is also attraction to one of her authors she edits for. Liam is the latest hot author and everything he writes is pure gold. He writes about life experiences and his readers love it. Liam is drawn to his editor and when things take a flirty turn he knows that nothing will be the same for him. At first it was just little notes via emails that they flirted back and forth with. It was long before they started texting and when they met in person when he was in town for an event it was meltdown city. Things steamed up between them pretty quickly but Harlow is wary from being hurt before so when it looks like he has played her she starts backing away from him. Will Liam get Harlow to let him explain? Can things work out with them especially with work?


This is a great story once I started it I didn't want to put it down. The chemistry between Harlow and Liam is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I’ve read a couple of Kelsey King’s books and they were fantastic so when I saw this story up for reading I grabbed it and I’m so glad I did, I wasn’t disappointed and I know that you won’t be either. Harlow’s and Liam’s chemistry is hot even though they talk on line for a bit but when they meet it’s like an explosion of stars and the attraction definitely goes both ways. I’m not going to give hardly any spoilers so read Kelsey’s blurb and that will give you the gist to this story, it’s a short story but it’s a really good one. A fantastic story and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

What a great ending to an amazing series! Scandalous temptations is about Harlow, a newly appointed senior editor at Midnight Publishing. She has everything she could have ever wanted, or at least she thought. That is until Liam’s newest manuscript came across her desk make her want more from just reading his words. Liam and Harlow have a relationship that burns up the pages, but will they be able to survive the secrets and lies they must hid behind in order to keep their relationship alive?

This store, heck this entire series is a must read! I don’t know why it has taken me so long to get to it! I can’t wait to grab something else from Kelsey King, I can officially call myself a fan!

I just can't seem to get enough of Kelsey's books! She knows exactly what to write to draw the reader in so deep, they can't think straight until the very sweet & beautiful HEA has been reached.

This book is no exception. The chemistry between Liam & Harlow is palpable & sizzles furiously throughout this wonderful read. It was great to be apart of their lives for a few hours.

I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone - It's sweet, sassy & just all round deliciousness!

Well Done Kelsey. I need more!

Harlow and Liam are editing their way right to an HEA. Harlow is working her way to the top and trying to be the best dawgone editor at Midnight Press. Now she finds herself the leading the in their new Erotic Genre and she has to their newest author Liam Daniels with his book. When the back and forth emailing starts to feel more like foreplay that editing they know that this relationship may just be heading in a direction they weren’t counting on. What’s that expression about life imitating art.

Wow! Compelling, thought-provoking, passionate romance with a great storyline and very interesting sweet characters I could not help but love. It is a well written book that is quite engaging and relatable with a well-developed lot. The minor ups and downs also make for a really great read. Definitely recommended.

This was a little too sweet for me, but well-written and I liked the characters. Harlow is an editor and Liam is an author client, making their secret relationship a little scandalous and a lot stressful for Harlow. If you like a light romance with a HEA, you will enjoy this story.

This is a fun and enjoyable romance. Liam and Harlow had good chemistry, their scenes were hot and their story interesting. The book is well and hold your attention for the most part. There is quite a bit of sweetness to this romance and that could have used a bit of tempering with some drama or even emotional turmoil. Still, a pretty good read. This is my truthful, voluntary review.

This book was so good! I highly recommend it! Harlow and Liam were amazing! A new must read! I wasn't sure that I would like an older h like we had with Harlow but Kelsey King knocked it out of the park.

This is the 3rd book I’ve read written by Kelsey King; she has done a great job at writing a good book. I can’t wait to read more of her books.

The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

Liam and Harlow has a challenge with their new relationship especially when the lines are blurred. Harlow objective is to to work and doesn’t have time for distraction like Liam. Lots of chemistry. Hot read. Engaging read from beginning to end. Recommended read. Enjoyed reading their love story.

This book was full of steam and witty banter between Harlow and Liam who work together and shouldn't cross that line. I enjoyed the fact that they were online for most of thier relationship and made it work for them. Love these short stories from Kelsey.
