Relatable & realistic...
I read this older couple romance right after reading another one titled 50 and Found Love by Cynthia Shaw which was in my opinion awful.
I was worried after reading Shaws' older couple tale but this story has much more substance and realism. It shows Calvin and Faydra developing personally and professionally, learning and growing in both arenas. It touches on areas from painful pasts to ongoing ignorant rascism. And it provided some delightful insights into the world of media marketing which I found interesting. There's a proverbial jealous ex and a bit much as far as the sex scenes for me but overall it's good! 😉
