Given Goldman and Zagat's recommendation to combine text with images, its striking that Goodread's has no image of the cover of their book. I also find it odd that only one author is referenced.

Be that as it may, this an easy to read, digest, and implement book on branding on social media. The adeptly distinguish between being a fake and being mindful of effectively communicating with (potential) employers, employees, and customers. The chapter on regrouping after a brand failure was especially helpful.

I appreciated specific advice on LinkedIn and Facebook and the tools Buffer and Feedly.

Some really great tips for marketing yourself, a must have skill for writers. If 'marketing' is a word that scares you or it's holding you back from success, then this is the perfect book for you.

Great ideas on how to brand (or rebrand) yourself, or your platform. Lots of takeaways in this book, so have a notebook handy!

Homework assignment. This will probably be more relevant once I have something to sell.
