The adeptly distinguish between being a fake and being mindful of effectively communicating with (potential) employers, employees, and customers. The chapter on regrouping after a brand failure was especially helpful.
I appreciated specific advice on LinkedIn and Facebook and the tools Buffer and Feedly.
