The advise on this book is horrible, like not to tell anybody and take it all by yourself. It says too the harassment cannot be stopped. It certainly doesn’t look like The was written by a doctor or therapist. Awful literature
Maybe I would've been more impressed if I wasn't so knowledgeable on the subject. I was completely bored with reading the same regurgitated crap about targeting. Very basic.
