Made me want to draw
The author's friendly tone with a touch of humor was engaging. He made it seem so easy and that all I needed was to pick up my pen and paper and get started. I'll be sharing this book with my homeschool students.

The author clearly had experience of learning from scratch. Other than good content, useful insights and easy to understand language, I really liked the tone. It felt more like a friend walking you through steps than someone "teaching" you (on the traditional stuff.
I am hoping to keep an eye out for his future books. Thank you for the excellent work!
