Summary:
As this series continues, the many different factions are still dealing with situations that continue to be out of control. The conflict over the Star Cat Program has lead to all Russians being forced to return to Russia against their will. Jamie and the other children remain in hiding with the rebels who are determined to keep them and the freed cats from the Star Cat program. Things continue to evolve in space as Jelly, Alex, and Jaycee struggle to stay alive as the dangers increase. It was interesting how Alex was the only person who was willing and successful with standing up to Jamie when he disagreed with her. All Jelly wanted was to return home to Jamie even when the odds were against her. Her love for her child was obvious in everything she did to protect Furie, her daughter. The eccelerated growth that happened to Jelly and Furie was fascinating. The combination of human and feline traits that Jelly dwelt with were frequently at odds as she had to lean to control her impulses to keep everyone safe.

As the war comes to a head the many different groups may need to gather their strengths in the battle ahead. I for one will be waiting for Jamie and Jelly’s reunion!

A treaty between the US and Russia is broken and all the Russians are sent back to Russia, they are at least working on it. A young girl finds herself separated from her mom to go on a different ship(one that is all adolescents). The girl does not want to go so she causes a ruckus. The daughter finds a way to grab a guards gun and she wont give it back. All it does is first make them blow up the adult ship. Even after losing her mother she wont give it up. They used her as a way to force compliance also. The guards up in the towers kill her. Marr(USARIC CEO) goes into hiding until he has a heart attack. He wakes up in a recovery room and knows he must get away from there because he knows they want him dead. He escapes and goes home where there is a major stand off. He convinces them that he is not the bad guy and they let him go. He is not going to hide anymore and goes back to USARIC where he says they can come and get him if they can because he will be ready for them. Jelly, Alex and Jelly's baby are on a spaceship called K-Bolt heading toward Earth. The odds are extremely against them, but even if they stayed where they were they would die. This ship at least gives them a very slim shot at making it and surviving. This story is really amazing and I can't wait to see how it all ends in the last book of the series.

What a incredible ride
Andrew Mackay really knows how to capture a reader who loves cats.
I bought the first book in the series because of the cat on the cover.
And now finish reading book 5 i can't wait to get my hands on book 6, unfortunately the last in the series. It had to come, i know it.
Now in this book, Jelly, the cute kitty, transformed into a wishes tiger. But all she wants is going home and see his owner, Jamie Anderson. The sole survivors, Alex, Jelly and her daughter Furie, long to go home, but faces one obstacle after another. And the last one is even more difficult for Jelly, because she is too big to fit into a sleeping chamber. What will kill her first? Ran out of foot, or oxygen? So, will they make it home? Can Jamie and Jelly be reunited again?
What will Jelly face coming home being a tiger?
I can't wait for the next book.

Jelly and the few remaining members of Space Opera Beta and Charlie are stranded somewhere. No landmarks, coordinates, or time clues. Alone with a place of monstrous wolf-like predators, crew members transforming into the alien objects that attacked them previously, and Jelly still evolving. As the crew transforms, serious damage control must take place. Jelly offers up her "gift" to the pink light, and the ship's computer Manny has his temper tantrums with the original order to destroy Beta crew and return Jelly to Earth. A daunting task of controlling a damaged emergency escape pod and who will be able to use the space for escape back towards Earth. Book 5 is as rapid and twisted with aliens, traitors, and evil deeds as Jelly makes personal choices. A run-away story at warp speed continues.

I enjoyed this latest book in the Star Cat series. The
action like before takes place both on Earth and in space. Those stranded on the planet are trying to get off it and more twists happen to them as well as those on earth.

This is a series that grabs hold of you and won’t let you go until the book is finished and then you want to look ahead for the final concluding book that promises to wrap it all up.

If you enjoy a plot with twists and turns this series is for you. Andrew does a wonderful job of keeping you spellbound from the very beginning of the series. It really is a high octane read!

Take a break from all your worries and problems and embrace this fresh original series. You won’t fall asleep reading this series I can guarantee you!

Excitement! Excitement good and bad at every corner. Anticipation! Every scene had you anticipating what was going to happen next. You had to turn the page to find out and the suspense is killing you. Jaw dropping! There are many parts The I sat there with my mouth hanging open with ”oh my goodness “ hanging on my lips. Surprise! There are many surprises in store for you in this book, many changes to go through. Mystery ! There are new mysteries that are going to throw a curve ball into the mix, be prepared. Cliffhanger! Just as things are finally coming together, Andrew Mackay throws in a cliffhanger. Really? Now? Now I wait for Star Cat 6!

This was magnificent. Action packed and enormously entertaining. Jelly is turning into a warrior. Full of twists and turns, you never know what will happen next. I couldn't put this down. The plot was excellent and had my jaw dropping. I found myself so emotionally involved with the characters. I can't wait to see how the story will end in the next book.

The saga continues and so do the errors, lost a rating star for that.

I can't wait to finish this story. Suffice to say that if you're reading this review you are wasting time that could be spent reading the series. Be sure to read them in the right order. These are not stand alone novels. Oh and enjoy 😉

A great story

Jelly has such a difficult time. She wants to go back home to Earth, but things do not go well. Back on Earth, things are going haywire as well. I love this story. Can't get enough of it. Totally great story.

Creative but full of grammatical errors

Cannot believe no one commented on the poor editing, but I was fascinated by the story and kept on reading the series. I look forward to reading the last book in the series in spite of the grammar.

Very interesting book

I am really enjoying this series, even if all I got done so far today was reading books 2 through 5. There was lots of action, the characte interaction was fun, and I really recommend this series.

Exodus

Another intriguing story in the Star Cat Universe, but Jelly certainly deserves to have a break from all the drama

When I started this series I was reading Ready Player One at the time. I had to put RPO down and finish Infinity Claws first, it was so exciting. When I finished book 1 I jump back on Amazon to buy Mackay's following two books. The Star Cat series has a solid plot and is fast paced, it just keeps getting better and better. This series stand out as one of my all time favorites, the characters and storyline are unique along with edge of your seat action. In Exodus the attempt continues to try and return home but returning from space with a barely functioning ship and problems on Earth add to the despair. It's amazing what's left of the crew and can what they cobbled together but will there be enough oxygen to return. Will Jelly and her daughter survive. I really don't know how they are getting out of this one.

Yet another brilliant entry for the most original series of the decade. Literal on-the-edge-of-my-seat writing! Do yourself a favour and read it, too.
