Earthshine is a poetical exploration of what it means to be human. It examines our relationships with each other, the universe and the creatures with which we share it. The book contains forty of the Author's personal favourite creations, ranging from serious philosophical questions ("The Watchmaker", "Escape"), to whimsy ("Pedro the Pirate", "Camisado"), to those dealing with loss and grief ("A Long Way Away", "Saying Goodbye"). Some pieces will make readers laugh. Some might make them cry. The author invites all to join him on a very personal voyage of discovery, as he ponders the age old question, "Why are we here?"
