A great continuation in the Fool's Path series. I love how the titles perfectly describe poor Dee's journey as she's tossed from here to there! Plenty of intrigue, leaves you wondering who to trust and eager for more.

One of my favorite things about this series is that it feels so fun and light to read while still having complex characters and intelligent story-lines. I love the first one but I feel that C.M. Martens truly hits her stride in this book. Its so different from most urban fantasy- really refreshing. I also REALLY like how she wove the pieces together from Stumbling while adding new mysteries; it felt so natural and there were so many moments I actually exclaimed out loud. I definitely spent time reading when I should've been sleeping lol. The teaser for book 3 has me more excited for its release than I've been in a long time. Highly recommend!

If the editing was done better I would have given 5 stars. Fun story. Enjoyed characters and plot. Hoping there will be more after 3rd cause story is not finished.
