Found quite a few recipes to bookmark and am going to try a couple this week. Disappointed that there was so much use of grapeseed oil (the SAD is already too high in omega-6s; part of the point of going keto is to up the omega-3s). Also a bummer to see so much nutmeg (can't eat it - it's a migraine-trigger for me) though in many cases I think it could be omitted or another spice substituted.
