25 books54 followersKay and Mickey Lynch gave birth to two daughters - US. Patricia Noel was born in their native city, Bronx, New York, but only resided there while in the hospital nursery. The little family moved to a two family house in New Jersey - Kay and Mickey's "house in the country". Three and a half years later Kathleen Ann was born and the Lynch family was complete.
Our parents' names might sound familiar to you. That's because we made a promise to each other to name characters in each of our books after our mom and dad - whether they just have cameos or they get to have some fun as secondary characters. This way they live on in our pages as well as our hearts.
Daddy was a doorman for the exclusive Fifth Avenue designer, Hattie Carnegie, until her death and the close of her shop. A natural born storyteller, he would regale us with stories of the famous people he helped into and out of the shop every day: the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Jackie "O" (before she was a Kennedy or an Onassis) and Lucille Ball. We extended an invitation to Lucy and Desi to come for dinner and watch "I Love Lucy" with us and we could never understand why that never happened.
Mickey started his own paint contracting business in town and Mike The Painter was much beloved by his clients. In his spare time he wrote children's books that delighted us. He died when we were teenagers and Kay never remarried. After she died, we self-published three of our favorite stories available through online retailers in eBook format (author, Michael Lynch)
We were young when Daddy died and Mom was nearly destroyed with grief. It fostered an "us against the world" mentality that lives on today in our special bond with each other. We relish "sister time"..
Kathie married Tom and gave birth to two sons Tom and Michael. Kathie is the proud "Nana" of five grandchildren. In addition to heading a small human resources services company, Kathie is a naturalist and volunteer in sea turtle and seal rescue in Outer Banks, North Carolina.
Pat married and had two daughters, Jen and Emilie. She divorced ten years later. Then she married Nick Casiello. Aside from gaining a perfect husband (in her opinion) she also gained a son, Brian. She is the founder and President of three relocation benefits management corporations. Pat and Nick co-run the small businesses and live in the western suburbs of Chicago.
At the 2005 RWA (Romance Writers of America) National Conference, K.M. Daughters was born when we plotted our first novel together.
Our second project, AGAINST DOCTOR'S ORDERS, began our Sullivan Boys romantic suspense series published by The Wild Rose Press. Four novels followed, available in audio formats in addition to print and digital.
Our inspirational romances are published by White Rose Publishing.
Fill The Stadium, our first mainstream fiction novel, is the recipient of the BOOKSELLER'S BEST AWARD. Our contemporary romance, REUNION FOR THE FIRST TIME, won the INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL AWARD.

Breeze Layton is back home and ready to help her parents open their inn on the Outer Banks. Reunited with her sisters, she senses her life is about to change. A little girl needs the help of the Three Butterflies if she’s ever going to speak again. Falling for the little girl’s father wasn’t in Bree’s plans but like the tide, love draws you in. When she reveals her extra-sensory talents to Jack, will he accept her for who she is or will he be so freaked out, he’ll run as far from Bree and her family as possible?
Bewitching Breeze cast a spell on me, and I couldn’t put it down. The mystery of the three butterflies laid the foundation for a touching fantasy romance. Each sister has abilities but together they are stronger than those who seek to defeat them.
Both Jack and Bree are engaging characters. Jack, a work-obsessed business man needs this time at the inn to reconnect with his daughter, who hasn’t spoken since her mother’s death. Bree, a therapist who’s afraid to share her secret with anyone, needs to let love in if she’s ever going to find what she seeks most. These two characters are the backbone of the plot and make this an irresistible read.
If you’re looking to be swept away on the wings of love with a dash of the mystical thrown in, pick up Bewitching Breeze today. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
Favorite Character/Quote: Bree’s father. He reminded me of my own grandfather. He loves his wife and daughters unconditionally while providing some much-needed guidance to Jackson. His humorous quips and penchant for romance melted my heart.

K.M. Daughters always fill their books with a lot of gentle, heartwarming moments, but that didn’t stop them from adding tons of action and intrigue into Bewitching Breeze. We follow Bree and her twin sisters, a group of women with special powers who run a storied inn. When Jack and his daughter come to stay, love and attraction begin to grow with him and Bree, but that is all quickly threatened when Bree finds herself wrapped up with an FBI sting gone wrong. There’s a lot happening in Bewitching Breeze, but it all comes together to make a very touching and fast-paced story!

The location is perfect! A family-owned inn near the sea instantly makes the reader reminisce about the holidays, about the quietude.

Such a cute book! I thoroughly enjoyed it - I especially loved how the sisters could turn themselves into animals at will. SO cute - perfect read for October and all the be-witching that occurs in this month!

This is a nice romance set is small seaside town with a touch of magic. Breeze is an identical triplet that can shape shift and sense the future. While visiting her hometown and FBI acquaintance involves her in a drug sting that puts her boyfriend Jack's daughter in danger. Breeze is a child psychologist who meets Jack and his young daughter at her family's B&B. Hopefully her sisters will soon have their own books in the Sister's of the Legend series. I received a copy of this ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.

I loved this story of sisters with special abilities and their love of family. A child psychiatrist meets a widower and his daughter who is suffering from selective mutism when they stay at the family bed and breakfast. I’m hopeful that each of the sisters will get their own book, as there’s plenty to explore.
