Great Introduction

This was a great introduction to Agile and related topics. This book is short, to the point, and easy to understand.

I am a certified Scrum Master and I wanted a book to refresh my knowledge. This is book is not for that purpose. Or any scrum related purpose. I found it confusing as it is mixing too much project management and in make cases it tries to much but it fails in things like the role of the Project Manager. It deviates a lot from the scrum guide. It is still promoting Agile but in a very americanised way, which I didn't like. It will not work in different cultures of countries and companies. This book cannot prepare people to undertake any kind of certification. The only good point is the attempt to create small relatable stories. But this cannot save this rating. Any reader can safely skip this one and read something that follows more the scrum guide.
