Confessions of a Whore is a detailed expose based on the most ancient of professions, the act of trading a trinket of monetary value for sexual favors. This book addresses the age old question, “Why prostitution?” I’ve interacted with some of the many women of this profession and narrowed the interview to just one. This story is her truth. You are about to take a ride with a lady of the night to find out her perspective. My role in this is not to judge or praise but to ask the questions and receive the answers. Be careful before you start reading
Trigger warning....this review talks about some of the main character’s experiences, including molestation as a child and rape. If this will trigger you don’t read any further.
Now....please know that I struggled to review this book. The book is about a young lady who becomes a prostitution. It deals with her early childhood experiences like molestation and the events that led her to prostitution. With such a serious topic you might wonder how this book can be a 5 star read. It was well written and told a very complete story about....well “Confessions of A Whore”. You may find yourself judging the main character but by the end you may find yourself with a new insight and a lot less judging. In between the pages of her story there are some seriously hot scenes that will definitely keep you turning the pages.

Raw At Its Best
If you're looking for a sexual biography, I would have to say, you're in for a sexual treat. As real as the interview can be, it definitely puts you in a mindset of why people choose the profession they choose. With the exception of a particular excessive description, Tawa did a great job with putting the interview together as a story and I appreciate Ms. Love for sharing. Be prepared to either be turned all the way on or all the way off!
