This book gave an excellent look into why Edward is Edward and why things happened the way they did. I was pretty impressed and I really enjoyed the few comical lines the author provided to ease some of the sadness. Looking forward to Wheelers next story!

Dang it, Jaci Wheeler did it. I said in my review for book 2 that I was nervous to read Edwards story because if anyone could humanize such a despicable character, Ms. Wheeler could, and she did!

It was wonderful to hang out with Aria, Van, and Travis again and see them all turn into softies over babies :)

Ever wonder what it takes to make a monster? Well this Novella of Edward answers that question. I loved it, not only do we get to meet up with old friends, but we get to finally see if they've moved forward into a life they choose. I couldn't put this book down! Once again Jaci has given us the goods. Can't wait to see what this amazing writer does next!

Edward...Oh Edward....3rd book in the Academy Series. So you think you know Edward, but you really don’t until you read this book. Ms Wheeler’s writing style absolutely draws you in so you can get to know the complete story of Edward. A must-read....only then can you decide for yourself what you think about him. I promise that you’ll be shocked to see the truth. Great story....amazing author!!

Quite an emotional end to the series!

A brilliant insight into Edward's background and just what was needed to round off the series. I love that the characters witty personalities continue to shine through in this emotional story which made me cry a few times, especially the poignant ending. Highly recommend all 3 books in this series.

Novella. I hate novellas. This one isn't bad.

This story does an admirable job of answering some questions left from the previous books. Although the author says that this is the last book she intends to write about these characters, I can only hope to see a change of heart in the future. There are many possibilities left open, from more about Nina and her new efforts to create a new academy (Russian Girls really knock me out!), or quadruplets making trouble. to moving thirty years into the future and dealing with threats to grandchildren... These characters live on in the imagination long after the last word is read.

Despite having many beta readers, proof readers and a couple editors getting named in the postscript, the wrong words and missing small words persist.

I can't... I read all three books in three days and omg.

This is by far the first series I've read from start to finish. All the characters, all the multi-pov's. I am not one to care to read from the villains' POV.. but reading Edwards just fit it perfect.

I can't even explain it. It was such a good fricken read, from book one to Edwards's book. Jaci Wheeler, you are a genius!

What an amazing way to end the series! Although, the series ended with book 2 Rogue, many of the characters including Cameron and Tali make appearances. It was great seeing where each character ended up and how their lives are going. I love how they all remain a tight knit family and managed to turn the lemons life gave them into lemonade. This novella helped me get an insight to Edward's life and understand the impact he had on his students. This story was touching and it was the closure we all needed.

Great round out of the series. It was great to see Edward's upbringing and why he choose the path he did. Edward gives us an insight into both Edward, Nina and Senator Ryan whilst also catching us up on our favourite characters. As it's a novella it's a short read. Worth reading to finish off the series.
