This cookbook’s name is a mouthful: The Ketogenic Air Fryer for Beginners: Foolproof Keto Air Fryer Recipes for Busy People on Keto Diet. But this short cookbook proved quite useful to someone who believed that an air fryer’s usefulness began and ended with frozen French fries. Author Linda Moore includes low-carb breakfasts, gratins, main dishes (even fish!), vegan items and even desserts! Who would have fathomed that you could make crème brûlée in an air fryer? And that you could reduce the carbs enough to enjoy it on a low-carb diet?
But Moore stumbled in creating the cookbook, however, as there are some typos and errors. A few could prove disastrous: No recipe needs 1/2 cup of cumin! That's what knocked this book down to three stars.
And, if you have a Kindle Unlimited subscription, you can read the book for free! What more could you ask? Even if you don’t, at $2.99 for the Kindle edition, low-carb enthusiasts seeking to make quick meals with little effort or mess will find it money well spent.
This book has down to earth recipes with every day ingredients that look delicious. That being said, the information written in the book needs a good editing and in my opinion the writing is a bit immature. The book would be much better with pictures for each recipe. If the recipes hadn't looked so enticing it would have been a much lower rating.
